What guests think

At Hua Hin Grand Hotel and Plaza - SHA Extra Plus, travelers praise the friendly staff, large pool, and walkable location near the beach and markets, while also noting the property is older with dated areas and some maintenance shortcomings.

Rooms are generally spacious with good views, though many describe the beds as firm and some report traffic or ambulance noise on lower or road-facing sides. There are repeated reports of weak in-room Wi-Fi and hot water issues, and some older fixtures or air conditioners are noisy. Breakfast is commonly viewed as good value, though a few call it basic or note lukewarm items, and some dislike early sunbed reservations at the pool. Overall, expect a budget-friendly, well-located stay with excellent staff in an older property.

Koselige ansatte. Vi brukte rett over 3 timer til Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport BKK.

My hotel check-in experience was marred by two significant issues. Firstly, the front desk staff member appeared overwhelmed, leaving my passports unattended in the scanner. This oversight caused considerable anxiety and could have had serious consequences. While the issue was eventually resolved, the initial negligence was unacceptable. Secondly, the hotel failed to deliver on the promised taxi service. After retrieving my luggage, I waited in the arrival hall for 15 minutes without any guidance from the hotel regarding the designated pickup location. This lack of communication forced me to arrange alternative transport, resulting in an unexpected $100 THB gas fee. These incidents collectively point to poor hotel management and raise concerns about the establishment's suitability for listing on Expedia.

Poolen va stor men saknade filtrering!!?
