This is a very stylish and spotless apartment hotel in the Kartal district. The location is excellent for shopping, with easy access to two large malls, as well as Migros and Carrefour supermarkets nearby. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Regarding the metro, it’s a 15-minute uphill walk, but you can easily reach it through the shopping mall to avoid the hill. Just a note: the area is currently under development, so there is construction noise starting around 8 AM. However, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a comfortable stay. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice, though the hotel does not have its own restaurant.

Otel değil daha çok apart otel gibi bir yer. Restoran mevcut değil, çevresinde çok fazla inşaat var, gürültülü bir yer. Bu şartlara göre fiyatı olması gerekenin 2 katı bence. Ancak çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve güleryüzlü.

We booked 7 nights here. However after arriving parking was an issue plus when we got to our loft there was a constant generator made noise all night and we could not sleep. The hotel is located next to a power plant and multiple construction sites. The view and the noise are horrific. No parking garage is opened for use, lofts are not that big and the first floor feels super small and cluttered. We checked out after the first night and although the Front Desk Manager committed to give us our money back when Expedia called they refused, This hotel is not ready for business. Disappointed.

Çok temiz bir oteldi. Zaten yeni olduğu için her şey çok az kullanılmıştı. 1+1 odasında ocak, mikrodalga fırın ve tencere tava vardı. Şu an için tek sıkıntısı otopark alanı olmayışı ama yakın zamanda açılacakmış. Resepsiyondaki mehmet beye de ilgisi için teşekkür ederim.

Otelin ve odanın temizliği harikaydı. Çalışan arkadaşlar da iyi ve güler yüzlülerdi. Yorumlarda inşaat seslerinden bahsetmişlerdi fakat biz bayram da gittiğimiz için sanırım inşaat sesi duymadık. Otelin özelliklerinde de otoparkın mevcut olmadığı yazıyordu biz de hiç sormadan o yüzden dışarda boş bulduğumuz yerlere park ettik, ne yazık ki c-out gününde otoparkın olduğunu öğrendik. Kısacası biz otelden çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Teşekkür ederiz.

Daha öncede cityloft otellerinde konaklamış birisi olarak açıkara farkla önde gelen yeni otel. Diğer oteller pek içime sinmemiş olsada burası ciddi anlamda kaliteyi yükseğe çıkarmış. Konumu çok iyi. Jakuzili çatı katında konaklama yaptık. Oda ve havlular son derece temizdi. Manzara ayrıca şahane. Tek sıkıntısı sabah erken saatlerde etraftaki inşaatlerden gelen ses. Oda çok önemli değil. Genel olarak hizmetleriyle Anadolu yakasında ilk 3’e girer.

This hotel is immaculately clean and everything appears to be brand new. The room was spacious, the bathroom was top quality and bed extremely comfortable. The staff were cordial and professional. It lacks character and feels more designed for business travel than leisure. The area itself is completely under construction and you are surrounded by large construction sites, which is not a fault of the hotel, but something to consider when booking in this area. Overall great value for the price.

Das Hotel ist gut, aber der Service war eine komplette Enttäuschung. Trotz Reservierung für drei Personen und zusätzlicher Nachricht war das dritte Bett bei der Ankunft nicht vorbereitet. Zwei Nachfragen an der Rezeption wurden ignoriert. Erst als ich klar sagte, dass ich nicht gehe, bevor das Bett steht, wurde reagiert. Unhöflich, nicht hilfsbereit und absolut unprofessionell. Einmal und nie wieder.

This is a very stylish and spotless apartment hotel in the Kartal district. The location is excellent for shopping, with easy access to two large malls, as well as Migros and Carrefour supermarkets nearby. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Regarding the metro, it’s a 15-minute uphill walk, but you can easily reach it through the shopping mall to avoid the hill. Just a note: the area is currently under development, so there is construction noise starting around 8 AM. However, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a comfortable stay. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice, though the hotel does not have its own restaurant.

We booked 7 nights here. However after arriving parking was an issue plus when we got to our loft there was a constant generator made noise all night and we could not sleep. The hotel is located next to a power plant and multiple construction sites. The view and the noise are horrific. No parking garage is opened for use, lofts are not that big and the first floor feels super small and cluttered. We checked out after the first night and although the Front Desk Manager committed to give us our money back when Expedia called they refused, This hotel is not ready for business. Disappointed.

Daha öncede cityloft otellerinde konaklamış birisi olarak açıkara farkla önde gelen yeni otel. Diğer oteller pek içime sinmemiş olsada burası ciddi anlamda kaliteyi yükseğe çıkarmış. Konumu çok iyi. Jakuzili çatı katında konaklama yaptık. Oda ve havlular son derece temizdi. Manzara ayrıca şahane. Tek sıkıntısı sabah erken saatlerde etraftaki inşaatlerden gelen ses. Oda çok önemli değil. Genel olarak hizmetleriyle Anadolu yakasında ilk 3’e girer.

I have checked in on September 9th at 2:30 am we already paid for breakfast they don’t have any proper breakfast and they run out of eggs no Turkish coffee just they don’t have any juice and I paid for second day for breakfast but they don’t any service for second I’m really disappointed and I don’t recommend it to anyone
