Repeated cleaning failures and a serious security issue On September 22, I reported cobwebs above the beds and a sticky floor. Two employees separately wrote down the issue and my room number. On September 23, I reported the same unresolved problems to a third employee, along with a flickering bathroom light. When I returned, the light appeared to have been repaired, but the cobwebs and sticky floor remained. There was also dust and a dead insect on the bathroom floor, apparently dislodged during the work. At around 12:20 a.m. on September 25, my room key stopped working. The front desk was unattended despite repeated ringing. While I looked around the visible desk area for contact information, without entering the staff area or touching anything, the employee appeared and immediately confronted me. She accused me of looking at “the board” and warned me that I had been recorded doing so, which felt threatening, particularly as I was simply a locked-out guest trying to find help at an unattended desk. She then issued a replacement key to my room without checking my identification. The location was convenient, but three employees failed to resolve basic cleanliness problems. The hostile treatment of a locked-out guest was unacceptable, and issuing a room key without verifying identity was a serious security failure. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I understand that it is Austin, Texas, but the entire second floor smelled like marijuana the whole time we were there. It was disgusting. The first floor smelled like somebody's armpit. The beds themselves were okay at best, and then the towels weren't being replaced, to the point where we had to go and find the laundry ladies on the second day to get some. Parking was fine, and the area was conveniently located. I've stayed in worse hotels before, but the smell that never went away certainly knocked this hotel down a few stars

The breakfast included was just a small muffin and protein bar. The same stuff you buy from a vending machine. No juice or anything.

This place didn't feel like an extended stay place at all! We had to ask every day for towels, there were no utensils, no cups, paper towels and we had to ask for toilet paper! Housekeeping was nonexistent! we were told by front desk that housekeeping was done once a WEEK! We had to take out our own garbage because there were no trash cans! We would recommend this place to anyone!

Guess my exception were higher. It was an okay stay. The door to our room needs to be fix. I didn't feel to safe knowing the door can easy be adjured with a simple push. The halls and inside the building itself is dated. They need to upgrade rooms and hallways. I can say that the elevators worked and were always ready when we needed it. The kitchen was clean but there were no dishes, pots or utensils. The bathroom walls were bubbled from water damage. Bathroom door rotted from water. Staff was friendly. Parking was good. Walking distance to some restaurants and walking parks.
