I am unsure why they put me on the second floor on the back side. The backside could be good so not much Highway noise. But they put me on the back side and somebody on the front side was taking a noisy shower. I could be wrong but I guess the second floor is not 88 accessible with the elevator but we had to haul our Goods upstairs. Not cool

I give Americas Best Value Inn five stars not because it is a "5 star hotel" (aka Ritz, Four Seasons) but because it delivers on what it promises: value. I have stayed here annually for conventions downtown which saves me hundreds of dollars each stay (say compared to the Marriott) and offers what I need: a place to sleep, shower, and keep my things an easy 10min drive from downtown. The staff is friendly. I've always found a parking spot in the lot, and I have never had any issues. The room comes with a fridge and microwave so I can also save on restaurants. If you have the correct expectations, I recommend Americas Best Value Inn.

Parking was easy, the hotel is pretty minimalistic, don’t know I’d stay there for a long term stay, but for the price, it’s perfect if you need to place to have a bed and a shower. Very clean.

Only thing that I didn’t like was they didn’t have a coffee pot or iron in the room if you wanted those things you had to pay $10 for that stuff or anything extra that you would need for the room

This is an old run down inn that needs major renovations. The bathtub became stopped up on my first night. I was not able to take a bath or shower for the remainder of my stay. A roach was crawling on the floor in the bathroom. I was afraid to put my luggage on the floor and kept it elevated the entire time I was there. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable you can feel the box springs. The front desk folks are rude. I asked for a receipt at the end of my stay. The man was rude and acted as if I was disrupting whatever he was doing in the back room. He refused to give me a receipt. Upon check in I paid with a different car and he charged me $40 without telling me because he said I used a card different from the one booked. Please do not stay here. Go elsewhere. I also think people are living here other than hotel guests. I was uncomfortable the entire time

The bed is low quality you can hear the springs, but is not uncomfortable. I had a first floor room I could hear the people upstairs walking, like you do in an apartment building. It was clean but not squeaky. Can definitely improve on that. Is a motel not a five star hotel. Is ok for a one night low budget stay not nice for extended stay.

Overall for a roadside motel, it was fine. A few things that bothered me were: 1) No rug. There are laminate wood floors, which I get are easier to clean, it's just that it was so cold on my feet walking around (it was winter) 2) There wasn't a coffee brewer in the room. I enjoy brewing cups of tea and I couldn't-bummer. 3)The lightbulbs in the room were super cool and it made the room feel a little cold and scary LOL! 4)No comforter on the bed. Again, it was winter and the bed only had a sheet, then a polyester blanket, and then a light weight top blanket that looks like a duvet. We were cold and had to use our own blanket to keep warm. 5) Speaking of being cold, the room had a heater/air conditioning system on the wall and when it was running, the air was blown right in my face while laying in bed. Not good.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just be aware that this is a remodeled but old hotel. What this meant for me is that the main door deadbolt did not work, it didn't seem like the deadbolt in the door that connects two rooms was latchable either, and the bathroom door would not completely close. The door between the two rooms had a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. I could hear the man in the next room clear his throat and put the toilet seat down, every sound possible, as if he was in the same room with me. Overall this did not make me feel very secure. The rate was half of other hotels, so I guess you have to take the good with the not-so-good.

The rooms were updated and really clean! They were not quiet though. We could hear our neighbors talk and they were not loud. The heat fan was really loud, so every time it turned on, it woke us up. The staff here were super nice and helpful!

We're Lancaster natives who moved outta state & come back every now & then to see friends, this hotel has been newly renovated from top to bottom, new owners did an amazing job fixing the place up & replacing the old with new! Hotel was surprisingly clean, fresh paint all around, new beds, clean linens, the bathroom was outstandingly clean, room service stopped by & offered towels, toilet paper & clean trash bags. Staff was friendly & accommodating. The location is nice with lots in just a few mins radius, including highway access. It was quiet & comfortable- will stay again! Great job ABV staff! A budget hotel with big name hotel kind of service! You guys are doing great!

We stayed at this place due to convenience. Overall, it was clean. However, in the corner behind the bathroom door, we saw a weird smiley face sticker. We took it down, because it creeped us out, and found the corner stuffed with toilet paper to cover up a hole. Just plaster over it -- it takes two minutes! Staff also threatened me about my service dog, saying he had to wear a vest and be in the registry. There is no such thing! There is no national database for service animals -- and not all disabilities are visible, though it\'s worth a mention that we rolled up in our car with our handicap placard clearly on display. Staff didn\'t want to know my dog\'s trainer\'s number and didn\'t ask the service the dog was trained to perform (the only two questions they are legally allowed to ask regarding service animals), yet claimed to have been in the hotelier business for a "very long time." After we settled in, my friend went to discuss this with staff and the staff member who spoke with me pretended that there had been no problem.

Its always a great stay. We use only this location when traveling for Spooky Nook tournaments. Its 10 minutes from there. They have an awesome and welcoming restaurant next door (Villa Nova). The staff is friendly and drop what they are doing to help when needed!

The room was nice and clean. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The only thing that was disappointing is that we checked out and left at 6:45 am and there was no coffee available in the lobby. It was not a big deal as the hotel was not full so I get it, plus we left on a Sunday morning and the neighborhood was deserted so we were only ones awake at that time. But it would have been nice to start the day with a cup of coffee before getting on the road.
