Staff was courteous and helpful- left an item behind and they quickly went up to the room to retrieve it for me. The room was very very clean - but so small! A comfortable king bed, with about 3ft to move around. Nice big tub (no safety bars) but the sink was a bowl and minimal space for toiletries. Nicely appointed corner room, but no space. The elevators are in need of serious cleaning- first impression was very poor. The hallways are designed to look look chic and contemporary but it just reminded me of Halloween doors and what could be behind them. Only there one night, location was terrific. And staff was amazing!

Great stay, staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit small, especially the bathrooms, but otherwise everything was very nice.

The room was clean enough, as was the lobby area. The toilet paper was one grade above #10 sandpaper. The room smelled musty. The pillows, while large, condense to a rock after lying on them for 5 minutes. The robes are akin to rags, and the sheets are rough. No one answered the desk number, no one answered the wakeup call number. Both were always busy. I will never stay there again.
