Rooms were filthy, smells like a smoke party had happened the day before. Couch had cigarette burns all over. The room was lacking toilet paper, empty shampoo, and no toothbrush. Housekeeping staff can’t speak Turkish nor English. Horrible experience, they also charge more than what was shown in the total. Totally unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!

Air conditioner did not cool the room at all. I paid for breakfast and come morning there was no breakfast ready, but not only that the chef seemed extremely upset to be asked to make something for us.

The reception has changed the room 3 times. All are full of smoke. I don't smoke.Even today my t shirt smells smoke.

For the price we paid an excellent hotel. It was clean and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. Close to the train. We had a nice room with a queen size bed and a couch that opened to another queen. A bit less comfortable but we all slept well. I would recommend this hotel for short stays in Istanbul.
