The propety is not new but well maintained and staff were all polite and helpful. Facilities wise, the property has a very decent gym with new amd well maintained machines, and a multi-purpose court where you can play basketball, badminton, table tennis etc. Theres even a muay thai ring which u can opt for private mauy thai lesson for a reasonable fee. The beach is beautiful, with many chairs placed both on sand and grass for you to just lie down and enjoy thr sea breeze. The beach side massage was fantatsic, and still consider cheap compared to the 5-star spa on the property. Ive tried both the spa and the beachside massage and frankly i prefer the beachside massage.

Our 5th stay here. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful & very well tended gardens, lots of colourful birds & odd monitor lizards wandering around! As well as 2 super pools there’s are large lawns with shade which lead directly onto an attractive long beach.( Only negative is that people come early and reserve beds with towels then go off & return a couple of hours later, l know the staff try to monitor but it is annoying). The sea is clear. Boat trips can be taken & some water sports run by hotel. Rooms are of a good size, spotlessly clean thanks to delightful cleaning staff, with reasonable size bathrooms, a coffee machine, kettle & small fridge. There are 2 restaurants an Italian style & Asian food, with lighter meals at a bar all excellent. There’s also a beach bar open later in the day. The breakfast is super with a great variety. There’s a reasonable sized gym but could probably do with a couple more treadmills as they were popular. For a change it’s a quick walk onto main road which has many restaurants. A well stocked 7/11 & couple of small shops. There’s a good laundry place & taxi rank. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Large hotel but you don't feel it is as the extensive grounds, beautiful beach & layout gives a feeling of space. Could benefit from another specialist restaurant for evening meals & better in room streaming facilities on TV. Would recommend this hotel overall.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful beach resort. Comfortable and spacious club room with all day access to the club lounge serving drinks and snacks. Hotel facilities are excellent, from the well equipped gym to the beachside pools and sports facilities. The resort is very well equipped to make a stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended.

The hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery and wildlife to see. The beach is lovely and clean and there is a little bar which is great to watch the sunset at with some chilled music. The staff were amazing so so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We did the cooking class which was fun and the chef Wi and server Nam were great. I also had a massage at the spa which was lovely. The only negatives were that there aren't loads of sun loungers around the one pool, and people put towels out early to "reserve" sunbeds and i think it would be good to have a stricter policy on this as some sunbeds with towels would be unoccupied for hours which isn't fair. The service at the pool bar isn't great either. The other bigger bar at the pool with the kiddies pool is way better and the staff are great there. I was also disappointed to see the hotel offer elephant walking excursions when this isn't ethical - please do your research! The food at the hotel is lush, a bit more expensive than if you were to leave the hotel but that is to be expected at a 5* hotel. The hotel put on a big new years eve event which was amazing! The buffet was incredible with a pad thai station and loads of other options. I am vegan and they were very accommodating making dishes without fish/meat if i asked. This really was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at though so wouldn't let the small negatives outweigh the large amount of positives and would really recommend staying here.

We can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were changed daily. Free towels were available at the pool. There were several different restaurants with great food. Daily activities were offered both in and outside the pool. Free paddleboards, canoes, and windsurfing were available. You can rent a Hobie Cat if you’re ready for a fast ride on the ocean. There is a super nice gym with new equipment – a real gym with everything you need. Table tennis, Thai boxing, good spinning bikes, as well as bathing and sauna facilities. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always smiling. The park was very beatiful with lots of animals. Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Beach was easily accessible and a magnificent view of the sea bay. Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi.

A wonderful hotel, we visited last year and did not hesitate to return this year. We love this hotel, every about it, the staff always happy and welcoming, from the welcome meeting ( special mention to Kate) to the breakfast staff, mention for Hah and to all the pool bar staff who were lovely and the room attendant who kept our room clean and tidy. Brilliant, will be returning next year!

Our stay was fantastic! The whole hotel is stunning, particularly the pools and the grounds generally, and location right on the beach is perfect with shops and restaurants really nearby too. The staff made the experience extra special; everyone was courteous, warm and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and made up perfectly every day. We would love to stay again!

Personalen är oerhört service fokuserade och gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en härlig semester. Hotellområdet är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt, fina trädgårdar och gröna ytor. Poolerna är rena och fina, en pool för lugn och ro och en pool för barnlek. Rummen var rena och rymliga, ordentligt städning dagligen. Ännu en gång är det personalen som jag vill lyfta för deras genuina engagemang, har inte mött något liknande någon annanstans.

Veldig god service og hyggelig betjening på hotellet Uteområdet var stort, kunne velge mellom solsenger på stranden eller med et av de to bassengene. Veldig masse sportslige muligheter, burde selv utnyttet det bedre. Frokosten var bra. Hotellrommet var veldig bra når vi ankom, vart ikke helt imponert over renholdet på rommet når vi bodde her. Toalett på fellesområder var alltid strøkent. Husk å ta turen på de lokale resturantene utenfor også! Reiser gjerne tilbake her.

We are generous with our rating due to exceptional staff and an amazing New Year party. Our first impression was poor as we got dirty bathroom with urine marks over the toilet and dirt/webs/bug nest behind the tub. The property is old and the age is visible. Serious upkeep is required to merit the premium Dusit name charges. We had booked a king bed and it was two queen beds put together. Additionally, rooms are not well lit and very odd switch placement, which could have been a result of two queen bets pushed together. Overall I would not recommend this property at its 5 star price point.

The pool is perfect!! Also the breakfast.. in general it is a beautiful resort in the nature. However the room is very old!! Shower like I had 20 years ago in my apartment.

The room was clean, the accommodations were quiet and the staff were very friendly. The only thing is RC facing room really didn’t have an ocean view so that was kind of a bummer and it’s a pretty long walk from the hotel rooms to the lobby for breakfast however, if it’s raining, they’ll give you a driver in a golf cart. I thought the grounds were really beautiful. The pool was fabulous.

Nous venions pour célébrer un anniversaire de mariage et avons eu le droit à une chambre mal insonorisée, qui sentait fortement l’humidité et les égouts. La paroi de douche mal fixée dangereuse. Nous avons du insister pour obtenir une autre chambre qui se trouvait près de la réception donc de la route et des bruits incessants des véhicules. Petit déjeuner médiocre pour ce type d’établissement. Kids club ridicule avec des plages horaires trop courtes. DECEVANT

This was my first stay at DTK and in Thailand and I must say the property is huge! And while the overall experience was great, there's room for improvement. The check-in process felt too long, especially since the room was ready and arriving after hours at the airport makes a quick check-in ideal. The breakfast spread and ambiance were enjoyable, and I absolutely loved the pools and private beach, which offered a great sense of privacy. The room was decent with no major issues, but the lack of USB ports was disappointing, as most modern hotels now include them. The pillows were quite flat and not the usual soft, plush ones you’d expect from a 5-star resort, sinking in too easily when used. There is a 7E and pharmacy just beside and across the resort too. The staff will bring you to your room via buggy service that covers the resort due to its size.

The location is excellent. Amazing sandy beach and two big pools. South facing so got lots of sun. We had a club suite which was vey spacious lacked a luxury feel. Overall an excellent 4 star hotel than 5. All staff most helpful and friendly. Good value for money

The room was ok, was a little bit old and weat smael but when we ask to change room the service was amazing! The staff was very nice and good and help us with everything! The pool and the beach was excellent, very beautifully nice a photogenic view

Wir waren hier das 2. Mal hier. Die Anlage ist immer noch top. Teilweise wurden die Zimmer renoviert und wir hatten das Glück ein renoviertes Zimmer zu bekommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man etwas laufen muss. Leider hatten wir kein Wetterglück und daher wäre es toll gewesen, wenn beim Fernseher die Senderauswahl besser gewesen wäre. Nur ein Sender, der englisches Unterhaltungsprogramm sendet ist etwas schwach. Die Anlage bietet zwei Pools und diversen Liegen am Strand. Aufgrund der Wetterlage, waren halt weniger Leute am Strand und somit waren die Pools mehr oder weniger immer besetzt. Trotz der guten Besetzung war dafür die Situation bei Frühstücksbuffet gut organisiert. Enttäuscht war ich hier von der Früchteauswahl, hier hätte ich mir eine grössere oder vielfältigere Auswahl gewünscht.

One week stay in early November. ve 1. Rooms are big and well appointed 2. Beach is lovely 3. Food and drink options on the beach and just outside the entrance to the resort 4. Resort is well kept. Maintenance was underway when we stayed (one pool and bar were closed), but this was flagged before booking and not really an issue 5. Buffet breakfast is okay (standard hotel fare) 6. This would have been a 5 Star stay if not for the disappointing check in experience. Hotel and its surrounding was clean. However I feel enforcement on errant smokers could be better as this is a kids friendly resort. I’ve seen people smoking around the pool area and the staff are too polite to tell them off though there are smoking areas throughout the resort. Breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety and poor quality of food. Enjoyed the resort SPA experience and I also like this area away from all the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang which is just a 20min car ride away.

Our stay was fantastic! The whole hotel is stunning, particularly the pools and the grounds generally, and location right on the beach is perfect with shops and restaurants really nearby too. The staff made the experience extra special; everyone was courteous, warm and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and made up perfectly every day. We would love to stay again!

Increíble el hotel y las instalaciones. Solo tuve algunos detalles q enlistó: - en la salida pedí q me ayudaran con las maletas a cierta hr en específico y nunca llegaron a ayudar. Las tuvimos q llevar nosotros. Y esto pasó después de q el día anterior habían olvidado el desayuno q pedimos para llevar a un tour. - en el cuarto todo bien, solo q el aire acondicionado no funcionaba de la mejor manera Fuera de eso, increíble la experiencia con el hotel. Muchas gracias

The check-in process was chaotic. Not sure it was related to the individual or to the staff training. I provided my AMEX card for the requested deposit but it was denied due to AMEX not being accepted by the resort. I was surprised as Hotel.com had accepted AMEX for ‘Book Now and Pay at Hotel’. I then provided my Visa card for the deposit. When I paid for my hotel charge within a few minutes, they did accept AMEX. In general, hotel reserves the deposit using the credit card and does not put through the transaction but mine was put through which was unexpected. At the time I booked the room through Hotel.com, I requested not on the ground floor. Unfortunately, it was not honoured. The Front Desk staff kept saying it would need to upgrade to Club room in order not to be on the ground floor. I booked a King Bed room but a Twin Bed room was given. Room was not exceptional clean but was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast service was quite good. Pool was okay but not magnificent. Staff at the restaurant next to the pool provided great service. Dusit sits next to a number of restaurants, 7-eleven and massage place which the location is convenient. Overall, my stay is good.

We were so well taken care of by the staff at the hotel. The ladies at the club lounge were spectacular, especially Far. We will definitely be back as it is an excellent hotel with all you could possibly ask for.

The hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery and wildlife to see. The beach is lovely and clean and there is a little bar which is great to watch the sunset at with some chilled music. The staff were amazing so so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We did the cooking class which was fun and the chef Wi and server Nam were great. I also had a massage at the spa which was lovely. The only negatives were that there aren't loads of sun loungers around the one pool, and people put towels out early to "reserve" sunbeds and i think it would be good to have a stricter policy on this as some sunbeds with towels would be unoccupied for hours which isn't fair. The service at the pool bar isn't great either. The other bigger bar at the pool with the kiddies pool is way better and the staff are great there. I was also disappointed to see the hotel offer elephant walking excursions when this isn't ethical - please do your research! The food at the hotel is lush, a bit more expensive than if you were to leave the hotel but that is to be expected at a 5* hotel. The hotel put on a big new years eve event which was amazing! The buffet was incredible with a pad thai station and loads of other options. I am vegan and they were very accommodating making dishes without fish/meat if i asked. This really was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at though so wouldn't let the small negatives outweigh the large amount of positives and would really recommend staying here.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf (6 nachten). De kamers waren ruim en hygiënisch en het terrein zag er steeds heel verzorgd uit. Tijdens het ontbijt had je voldoende keuze. Het resort straalde echt rust uit. Het enige waarover we niet tevreden waren is de service: wouden we een taxi? Dan moesten we deze boeken bij het touristenbureau in het hotel die enkel dure luxe taxi’s wou voorzien. Om een taxi te nemen moesten we dus telkens buiten zelf een taxi gaan zoeken, best vervelend.

Wow. What an amazing place to stay. Set in large grounds backing onto a gorgeous quiet tropical beach. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Breakfast options were wide and varied with a fantastic view if sitting outside. So many areas to explore from the two large pools to the many sun (and shaded) areas. You can organise a Boat excursion to set off directly from beach - a great way to start your trip to the amazing islands nearby. Spent a couple of our days walking down the beach (either direction) and visiting the numerous other cafes, restaurants and bars which backed into the beach.

Amenities were amazing, staff so caring, 3rd floor level room with a view was lovely and comfortable, the grounds beautiful, pools were absolutely stunning but ultimately the beach was pure paradise. Clear water, mostly empty with some interesting views surrounding. Some nice restaurants in the area but not much else. Would highly recommend for a calm and peaceful stay out of the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang town, but only a 20min grab ride away to explore the night markets in the evening.

This resort is lovely with many return travelers. I recommend the club suites as the access to the club lounge with breakfast, tea and happy hour is worth it. I wasn’t impressed with restaurants in the area but the food on the resort was outstanding. You can get tours to Hong Island right on 5he beach, and it’s a quick ride to the pier for tours to Maya bay. The sights are worth it despite crowds, just go early!

Not much variety and poor quality of food. Enjoyed the resort SPA experience and I also like this area away from all the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang which is just a 20min car ride away.

Wow. What an amazing place to stay. Set in large grounds backing onto a gorgeous quiet tropical beach. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Breakfast options were wide and varied with a fantastic view if sitting outside. So many areas to explore from the two large pools to the many sun (and shaded) areas. You can organise a Boat excursion to set off directly from beach - a great way to start your trip to the amazing islands nearby. Spent a couple of our days walking down the beach (either direction) and visiting the numerous other cafes, restaurants and bars which backed into the beach.

Very nice pool area close to the beach. Room were fine but not 5 star level. Reception service not 5 star either. They charge you 3000 bath (per person?) upfront and you get your deposit back 2-3 weeks later. Never experienced this in any hotel. Breakfast not very good either- only fresh juice was water melon, bread old, cold cuts limited etc. I would not go there again 🙃

The hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery and wildlife to see. The beach is lovely and clean and there is a little bar which is great to watch the sunset at with some chilled music. The staff were amazing so so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We did the cooking class which was fun and the chef Wi and server Nam were great. I also had a massage at the spa which was lovely. The only negatives were that there aren't loads of sun loungers around the one pool, and people put towels out early to "reserve" sunbeds and i think it would be good to have a stricter policy on this as some sunbeds with towels would be unoccupied for hours which isn't fair. The service at the pool bar isn't great either. The other bigger bar at the pool with the kiddies pool is way better and the staff are great there. I was also disappointed to see the hotel offer elephant walking excursions when this isn't ethical - please do your research! The food at the hotel is lush, a bit more expensive than if you were to leave the hotel but that is to be expected at a 5* hotel. The hotel put on a big new years eve event which was amazing! The buffet was incredible with a pad thai station and loads of other options. I am vegan and they were very accommodating making dishes without fish/meat if i asked. This really was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at though so wouldn't let the small negatives outweigh the large amount of positives and would really recommend staying here.

We can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were changed daily. Free towels were available at the pool. There were several different restaurants with great food. Daily activities were offered both in and outside the pool. Free paddleboards, canoes, and windsurfing were available. You can rent a Hobie Cat if you’re ready for a fast ride on the ocean. There is a super nice gym with new equipment – a real gym with everything you need. Table tennis, Thai boxing, good spinning bikes, as well as bathing and sauna facilities. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always smiling. The park was very beatiful with lots of animals. Older property but rooms that we stayed at were beautifully updated. Grounds with two pools were gorgeous. Service was wonderful. The breakfast buffet plentiful and varied. The on site resort restaurants were quite good although I would not recommend the beef. Beach was wonderfully clean and private.
