Got checked in,told room was upstairs no elevator, expressed concern for husband using a cane trying to carry luggage up stairs. No offer to change Got upstairs to room heat won't work. Tried to call desk, phone doesn't work Walked down stairs to ask about heat, manager was very nice and offered a different room and even turned heat on. explained I would have accepted a smaller bed if offered on 1st floor ,but not offered by 1st person Flooring looks new. But there was hole I. Bathroom wall from door knob. Breakfast, sausage link cold and wrinkled, country potatoes. Very few and cold. Waffle mix empty.

Needs housekeeping attention. one clean facecloth in room for 4. Found 1 soiled one hanging on shower head! So difficult to open exterior door to Room 108 had to go back to office to get help to enter building. Would help if there was a brochure with breakfast times, pool and hot tub we did not know about. Did not know you can walk from office to Room 108. We walked outside before we discovered this. Floor plan layout would be good. A breakfast hostess would be nice to help when needed.

Hotel is old, & most of the hotel is still old, carpet in hallways, stairs looks original & dirty. Water stains in ceilings that are old & new with patches of paint coving up some. Very poor work done on rooms, like wall paper, grouting & wood work. Tiles were different hights. The bathtub was painted & peeling, the tub was also damaged on the bottom & felt like was going to fall when showering, even with grip mat. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! only stairs. The A/C units have been removed & covered the holes up & given a small fan instead. Breakfast was worst selection, & "hot food" was cold & only had sausage at 8am. There is no visible security for customers. Hotel was $200 a night, & not worth $100. Everyone we talked too at breakfast had nothing good to say about their stays either. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is terrible - avoid at all costs. In bad disrepair, very dirty both in the main areas and especially in the room. Black hairs in the bed, toothpaste spit on the bathroom mirror and sink and bad smells. We will never stay at a Ramada again. AVOID!!
