Fantastic welcome upon checking in. the hotel is really pretty, probably one of the best on this strip by Knotts. our room was a king. it was a couch that jackknifed into a bed too, extra bedding in the closet. the shower was amazing and very nice. balcony over the pool, it was a sunday night so not too busy but there is a fire pit, lounge areas, the pool is heated, lots of grass and cornhole boards in the front desk to use. inside the lobby is a bar, starbucks and various food items. When we checked out, at 11, the bar/coffee was closed we were told however the lady stated she could go ask someone to make a coffee. that part was strange, maybe short staffed or something. there is lots of great seating, a fireplace and quaint lounge areas in the lobby. my friends and i wanted to have a drink and chat but couldn’t. overall it was a great stay. i was impressed and slept good. highly recommend.

Low quality, high price. In the middle of remodeling and half the parking spaces closed off but they charge for parking anyways. Lock on hotel room door not working properly but manager said they're all like that since the remodel. Front desk staff (chubby guy) wasn't very professional. Poor customer service skills.

The room was spacious, and would have easily accommodated queen beds instead of fulls. The sofa and chairs were hard, lacking comfort but the beds and pillows were were perfect for a good night's sleep. There was plenty of parking and at $12/night, it was one of the most economical hotel parling fees. A Starbucks was across the parking lot and Porto's was across the street.

I stayed for an overnight weekend trip in a king bed room. Room was clean and the AC was amazing, especially because of the hot weather outside. I wasn't aware parking was not included in the room price so that was a minus for me. It was a nice place to get a good night's sleep before leaving early the next day.

Stayed here after a night at Knotts Scary Farm. Easily walkable to/from the park. Very clean rooms, and very quiet after a long night out made it easy to fall asleep. Wish there was a jacuzzi, as we couldn't find one. Just the pool. Other than that, a great location to stay at. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Convenient location surrounded by other hotels and restaurants, 10 min away from Disneyland. Other reviews mentioned noise from remodeling. It must have been completed… now I see new carpet in room and hallways. I cant find anything to complain about. Overall a good, clean, quiet place to stay. $12 per day for parking is much cheaper than other hotels I’d stayed at.

Staff at the hotel were nice but not Always helpful. I called to get an extra pillow And towel and front desk said they would Send someone over but no one ever came with the items. The inside of the hotel has been renovated but I think the outside needs some improvement in overall cleanliness. Outdoor and inside hallways need a bit more attention to maintain clean. I Never saw anyone else cleaning besides in the rooms. Also, during my 2 night stay no one came to Replace towels, make the bed. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go look for some. Overall decent for the price.

The location is amazing! It's a 10 minute walk to Knott's Berry farm. Other than that, it's a very plain hotel. The walls are paper thin, and the building is a bit older. It was plenty clean and comfortable, but it's a lower end place. Good enough though.

Great location, wonderful service and open rooms. We got the two double beds suite with the bedroom separated from the main living area by a door for privacy. The living area was fairly open and had a queen sofa bed. Simple no frills and clean place. Enjoyed our stay here.

That front desk and the manager on duty not updated with the new California law that permits CA resident to carry their ID electronic on wallet. They gave me a hard time and refused to allow me to check in without a paper/card photo ID. Not sure how a Costco PHOTO card is more acceptable than my CA Digital Drivers license??? Not more Marriot Courtyard for me, friend & family. They need to catch up with the times.

We went during the Knotts scary farm season. Was not expecting the overwhelming cars who plagues the front of our hotel. The line of cars to the theme park spills over to the main street leading to the hotel. Cars blocked the front and back driveway to the hotel and it’s a struggle to make the turn to the hotel. We had a few issues during check in and cleanliness of room, but Claudia and Ashley were very patient and addressed the issues in real time and were sincere in helping resolve them. Overall— the location is walkable to Medieval times, knotts berry farm, starbucks, the source OC, and Portos. Staff is friendly and there’s starbucks in the front lobby.

The front desk lady is extremely slow and customer service needs improvement. There was no toilet paper upon check in. And I overheard another guest having the same issue while waiting in a short line. Front desk lady took 10 plus minute to check another guest. While I was lucky enough to get assistance from a nice gentleman who finished our check in, in matter of minutes. Quick and easy.

Check-in time was supposed to be 3 pm. I requested an early check in and never got a response. We showed up at 3:30 (past check-in time) and I was told there were no suites available because “people in suites like to have a late check-out’. I’m not sure why that should affect my check-in time. I was then told that at this location, check in was between 3-4 (that’s not what it said in the website when I booked). They called house keeping to see if any rooms were ready and got us checked into a room by 3:52. I found a little lock on the bedroom floor which made me think the cleaning had to be rushed to get us into a room. I’m normally not one to complain, but this was a very frustrating experience.

My family of five normally books two rooms when we travel, and Courtyard Marriott is often our choice because of the many great experiences we've had in the past. However, on the day we checked in, the front desk staff was not hospitable and caused multiple issues with checking us in using our reservation through Hotels.com. She eventually assigned us rooms next to each other, but they did not align with our original reservation. Additionally, the rooms could not be connected, which is very inconvenient for families with children. Apart from the housekeeping staff, the rest of the team was also very unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst stay we have ever had.
