The staff was nice, but there was only one working elevator in a building of over 25 floors, so that was rough. Several of the wines on the bar's wine list were unavailable.

The property is in a convenient location, but the elevators were an issue during our stay. Only one of four was operating and it was quite slow. Housekeeping also required a request by phone. Overall, the property feels dated and would benefit from renovation.
