Every single person I met here was so kind. I was here just on an airport layover. I utilized the shuttle service as well. Prompt, easy service, fast check in, rooms clean. I did like having a hot tub to jump in and a small fitness center. (Three ellipticals, three treadmills, some free weights, a bench and a basic cable machine) My room had a "balcony" but it was also close to the freeway and pretty loud with bright lights outside. I couldn't figure out how to close the blinds (I was pretty tired by then) but I did by the morning. I wouldn't pay extra for the balcony is the lesson here. We have stayed before as a family and had a similar, good experience. Beds were also very comfortable.

Clean and updated, though not new. Large room was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open late! Pool is warm, clean and delightful. There's a game area with foos ball and ping pong table, too. Check in staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. I would stay here again.

Reservations made w/ Hotels.com nearly 75 days before for King Bed w/ separate Living Area. BUT @ check-in aas advised room type had been over booked by Best Western & would have to accept Queen Room w/ separate Living Area. No offer for reduction in price offered even asking for such. Hot Tub was actually a tub full of Hot Water whereas the jets on the Spa were unoperable & had been broken/out of commission for some time. Breakfast was o.k. & typical. Front desk personnel gave free tokens for washer/dryer - savings of $3. Within walking distance (3 blocks) to light rail station (Angel Lake) for easy access to downtown Seattle & Univ. of WA.

The property and area were nice. The shuttle ran 24/7 with just a phone call. Only issues were no hot tub jets (mainly got this hotel for the hot tub), West wing didn't have hot water, and twice all of my room keys lost the ability to open doors... had to get them re-keyed/new keys.

This property has had some nice refresh updates. The staff was friendly, rooms clean, nice seating area for breakfast (although we didn’t eat breakfast). The pool area is nice and although the hot tub wasn’t working, it’s a nice pool/spa combo. The shuttle to the airport was smooth and on time. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke so we asked for a new room. Staff happily changed us, but the new room also smelled of cigarette smoke although it was slightly less intense. I didn’t wanna be that person and ask to switch again so we just dealt with it. Probably won’t stay here again though

It took a few questions to find the airport shuttle to the hotel. Our room was very clean and convenient to find. The staff was very informed to find restaurants to order food from. The staff was helpful to find a shuttle to the pier in Seattle. The breakfast was very hot and tasty. Enjoyed visiting with fellow cruise passengers. Rate it a five for service.

Our group was very impressed from the transportation to the hotel, to the friendly desk staff, the lovely dining and sitting area, the updated and spacious rooms but most especially how clean the rooms were. I’m very picky about the bathroom and this was spotless. Every area of the hotel was spotless. So glad we chose this hotel for stay pre-cruise.

The hotel was fairly clean even though the room I was given to stay in had small bugs crawling on the walls. The management was quick and kind enough to move me to another room that was cleaner and bug free. Finding a parking lot space in the evening maybe challenging for those who check into the hotel late at night. But overall, very close to the airport and I love how there is a 24hr coffee station the guests can use.

GREAT hotel. It was the kinda clean that your momma would expect if she was having guests over. The bed was quite squeaky but not too squeaky, thankfully I couldn't hear any bed squeaks beside our room or anything. Parking seemed safe. I could hear airplanes and cars pretty loud but the ac does the job of covering it up. Ac works good too

Stayed one night with my family. Staff had a crib for our daughter which was awesome. The bathroom was disgusting! There were pee stains on the walls and pubic hair everywhere. Someone also left a poop stain on the couch cushion. The staff was great! We would stay here only because of the staff. Monica on the airport shuttle is awesome. Such a great person!

Great option to stay close to airport. Hotel recently redone and front/breakfast area is superb. Rooms were outdated from what the halls and front look but still comfortable. Not as much loud traffic or planes above. Although when checking with the front desk at 5 am before my 530 ride to the airport I asked about breakfast and the first remark was “are you a guest here”. No I just like to wake up at 4 am and go to random hotels for free breakfast. I have never experienced a front desk asking a customer that question before in a rude yet slightly professional manner.

Reasonable choice close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, it's a bit noisy, and not from the airport: You can hear people walking in the halls (and some singing at 6am!) and the aircon unit was so noisy we had to turn it off. Also, the shuttle from the airport took over 30 minutes to arrive.

We got room on ground floor which was actually like basement,room height was low and Bed were ok, toilet seat height was pretty low(like kids). Our floor had pool so lot of chlorine smell in the hallway.Very noisy in the night,loud noise of plane taking off. Last time we had stayed in Holiday in express which was not far from this place but we didn’t experience any such noise there(this might be closer to airport i guess)

We stayed for one night since we had a late flight and our drive home was another 3 hours. Overall the place was okay. The bed wasnt as firm as we were hoping it would be. I guess the only negative thing i could say is, the window had no blinds, and the curtains were not thick enough to block sunlight. It was 5:30am and our room had too much light in from window. I had to try to cover up some with blankets and pillows as best as i could in order to be able to sleep in a little more. The doors are pretty old and squeaky. Specially the bathroom door. For the price i would probably stay here again, but will definitely try to find something else first.

Ideally suited for airport and the check in and check out times were more generous than we saw elsewhere. Surprised there was no triple glazing given its proximity to the airport and there was quite a lot of noise with planes landing and taking off overnight. We also had to clip our blackout blinds together as they didn't cover the window. That said room facilties were good, particularly a very efficient ac unit

Rude shuttle driver names James demanded where guests sat in “his shuttle” all the while watching the Bernie Mac show on his phone while driving ! Then got attitude when no one tipped him. Woke up the following morning to no hot water. Took cold shower and went to my meeting. Front desk told me they’ve been having problems for months with this and told me to shower in room 108 since my room 22 was cold. Totally unacceptable ! Hot tub hasnt been cleaned in a long time and the jets are inop. Sign on the wall. Many staircases are down to the wood and trim missing eveywhere. This is not a best western. This is a 1 star truck stop motel. Demanding refund. Almost forgot, phone didn’t even work to call front desk.

The on line check saved time at the front desk. The hotel had a failure of some of their hot water tanks. They texted in advance notifying of the issue and what they werre doing to accomadate gueests. They did offer cancellation with no charge. Great communication

We did have an issue with the shuttle bus driver, Mario. He stated we weren’t on his list and would need to wait for the next shuttle. We gave him the name of the person, Florence, that we spoke to at the hotel and he still refused to take us. We told him that was crazy. When we arrived at the hotel Florence checked us in and said that Mario had marked us as a “no show”. Apparently there are 2 pick up areas close to each other. I think my husband gave Florence the first stop information it we were at the second stop. So to me it seems that Mario does pay attention to the name of “No shows.” We did not appreciate his rude attitude told us. Florence however was very pleasant to work with.

Great customer service, pleasant stay and delicious continental breakfast. The staff was really nice, their was an error of booking with my room and they were able to accommodate accordingly. There were no issues after that and the shuttle service was very convenient. I made sure I had plenty of time to request a shuttle service from and to the airport. From the moment I made my first phone call about the airport shuttle I was greeted with friendliness and a willingness to help. The staff stored our luggage when we arrived at the hotel early, dropped us off at the closest light rail station (which is an easy, approximately 8 minute walk), and let us know what to do to buy tickets. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff even came by our table to pick up trash and serve coffee (I've never seen that at a Best Western before!). The airport shuttle on the last day was easy to schedule and the drivers, to an from, were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seattle. Thanks so much!

I had problems with my credit card and all of a sudden I was treated like a criminal after a flight from Europe and not let onto my room although my partner was checking in just an hour after me with payment… I was treated extremely disrespectfully and talked down to, just because I couldn’t secure my credit card there and then. I had to wait in the lodge till my partner arrived after an hour to check us in. The manager Simon was very rude and his younger manager lady was even worse. Fortunately the ladies the next day were very nice. I wished I’d have met them the night before. Then I’d have not have to talk about those two terrible night managers.

We were more than pleased with our stay at this hotel - It was within walking distance of the Lightrail Station in Seattle, which is the best way to get around the city. We were able to park our car, and not have to worry about getting around traffic throughout our stay. The only downside is those jets fly right overhead, but, after a while, it just became white noise. Breakfast was great, well stocked, and plenty of options. Would stay here again, if needed! Thanks!

The hotel and staff were very good. It is located close to SeaTac airport and has free shuttle so it is great for flying out, but I wouldn't book it for other purposes. The area is industrial and seems a little rough. We dropped off a rented truck at u-haul 1/2 mile away and walked back to hotel, and had several people exchange words with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel! It was about a 10-minute walk to the Link light rail and 45-minute ride ($3 one way for adults, under 18yrs was free) into downtown Seattle. There was adequate security at the station, but the surrounding area would be a bit questionable for walking late night. Otherwise, we felt safe. There is a free shuttle to/from SeaTac airport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Somethings were a bit dated and it looked like some remodeling had been done in parts of the hotel. We did not venture downstairs to explore the emmenities (pool/game room). Onsite parking was free and seemed plentiful. There were not a lot of options for restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, but there was an IHOP nearby and we were able to get pizza delivered. Breakfast was included which was a generous buffet. Customer service was excellent our entire stay! For those looking for a cost-saving option for lodging close to the airport and public transit accessible to downtown Seattle for sightseeing, the Best Western is a great option!

We loved our day. The staff were amazing and the shuttle bus was on time. We stayed there three nights and everything was clean. Breakfast was great these breakfast at 3 AM so you can have breakfast before you go to your airport if you have a very early flight like us we also give free water bottle and offer you a wake up. Call for your shuttle bus.

Check-in was quick and the folks at the front desk, both late at night and in the morning, were very helpful. The breakfast offerings were good but very compact which made it challenging to find seating. Plus any of the items that were custom made (like toast and pancakes) had even longer lines. The shower had awesome water pressure. Overall, it was a decent place to overnight when arriving to Seattle.

This was our first stay with Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel and we were far from impressed. The hotel is totally isolated from any descent restaurants and thus, a reasonable dinner after a day long flight is impossible. Moreover, the front desk was unable to help! Although many have lauded the breakfast, it was average at best, including what appeared to be powdered scrambled eggs. The sausage was good. If you are in need of a clean room with very good bed without amenities at reasonable cost, it is very good! Shuttle was excellent and timely.

We stayed here before going to the airport in the morning. It served its purpose. One cool thing is that we had an early flight and they start some of the continental breakfast options at 3:00 am which was awesome. The hot breakfast comes out later.

Close to the airport with free shuttle. Breakfast is great with variability throughout the week ( omelets, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon, country potatoes or potato patties or hash. Cheese topping, good salsas , also oatmeal with various toppings, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes muffins, toast… the food is better than most other places with included breakfast.
