Very bad place , don’t believe the pictures you se online about this hotel! Spa was very bad I don’t like it at all!

The spa was excellent, however the three stars on the property is mainly because of its thin walls, where you can hear customers in other rooms and boy were some of them loud chatter boxes, other than that, it is a fabulous hotel but need to soundproof the rooms.

La struttura è molto bella , camere stupende, bagno di una buona misura , tutto nuovo , sala colazione molto carina ed elegante nello stile. Spa eccezionale con la signora che gestisce e le ragazze del personale veramente brave, simpatiche e gentili. Consiglio questo hotel .

This property has the best SPA! I thoroughly enjoyed the steam room and the sauna and the Turkish scrubs and bath experience! It was absolutely WONDERFUL💕👍

The overall stay was ok and the room was good. However they did some works in the room without letting us know in advance and left it in bad conditions (with our stuff inside). The spa is nothing special but still enjoyable. Breakfast is good!

Spa was out of order and no signage or prop information…. Disappointed

The facilities are new and comfortable, and very clean which is great. The economy rooms are smaller than you’re probably used to, a bit tight for two. But if you’re in a budget it’s good. The area is well serviced, but it is quiet far from the touristy areas you need to walk down and uphil (12-18 mns) to transportation, I had my mum with me which was difficult but taxis are readily available in the area. The hotel Taxi charged us extra for tolls we got another transportation on our way back which didn’t. The hotel doesn’t hace

Looks like is a common problem in many hotels in Turkey, the room cleaning is not make very well. Always our hairs in the bath and in the bed, although we are not losing much of them ! For the rest all good

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, emplacement stratégique proche de la grande mosquée Fatih, l'hotel est très propre et confortable, le ménage effectué chaque jour, très satisfait, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I stayed at this property for a month with my kids. The staff were very friendly and warm. The breakfast was Turkish breakfast and they serve the same options every morning so my kids did not like that there was no variety. The rooms were clean and they cleaned the rooms daily. The area around the hotel is a bit old. However it was very safe and close to a mall called Historia that has a variety of fast food restaurants and shopping. It was also close to a park that my kids enjoyed walking to at times. Overall, I’m quite happy with my stay. It didn’t have the extra amenities like gym and pool but it was clean and in a safe and quiet area. We traveled to other parts of Istanbul to try different restaurants. I would recommend.

The staff was very nice and friendly, but the cleaning staff was rude and had an attitude. They absolutely did not clean, apart from making the bed and changing the towels. We even got scolded because a bit of pepsi had been spilled on the bed by mistake. Also, the hotel’s air conditioning only runs on one system: if you feel hot and it’s been 23 degrees, you are not allowed to turn on the cold air – only warm air comes out. Because the whole hotel runs on the same air conditioning settings.

Amazing quiet and clean property however wifi and internet speed wasn’t great around the property, room doors were quite loud but thats how they are built, overall great stay!

I had no issues staying at this hotel; for 9nights I had nothing but peace and quiet.. My room was a bit small but it was very comfortable, talk about the bed I must say my sleep was very restful.. staff were very helpful and attentive. The only upgrade I recommend is maybe a restaurant for dinner, had to explore the city for food. I highly recommend this hotel also I would repeat my stay at Pianoforte. The price is right..

All around a great hotel. Staff were extremely friendly; rooms were freshly remodeled and modernized, albeit a little small. Breakfast was rather simple and limited in options, but I don't typically eat breakfast anyways other than a cup or two of coffee. Didn't have a chance to try out the spa, but I'm sure it was great. Location was fantastic, minutes away from the tram and metro; and well within walking distance of major attractions such as the Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Would stay again!

Over 1 hr delay to get into the room, dark hairs all over room floor, noisy rooms most definitely not sound proof, power cuts 4 to 5 times through out the second night. Breakfast! Well nothing like the images, no fresh fruit or any fruit fruit for that matter, no egg cups, fruit juice was sqaush the 1st morning, no pastries either so photos are false

Tre notti insonni Un forte rumore un sottofondo si difffonte in tutta la struttura Probabilmente è l' impianto di aereazione,fatto sta che abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra per avere una distrazione da quello che sembrava il rumore del motore di una nave,un caldo assurdo e niente telecomando per l' aria condizionata.la.peima colazione viene servita in ritardo e la polvere sembra essere il pasto principale.il personale non parla bene inglese e abbiamo faticato anche per avere un rotolo di carta igienica.esperienza da dimenticare.

The staff were very helpful and professional. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The massage that I had was also excellent.

Great location just off main road with lots of shops, mosque, food and public transport. All staff on reception but most importantly Baha, were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Reception also arranged a lot of our taxi transfers at very good prices rather than overcharging us like other hotel receptions do. Highly recommend, value for money. Very clean and nice modern rooms. Hotel breakfast didn't have a lot of options but still reasonable with main breakfast items like hot and cold options eggs/cheese/cereal/beverages.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, quiet with excellent shower facility. Would highly recommend.

The room is renovated and clean. Lobby very dim and not cheerful. Elevator old and a bit scary. Staff don’t speak English and we had a lack of communication. The AC didn’t work since the second night and they promised to fix it but that never happened. I asked for a taxi to take me to the airport, and they didn’t get it for me! I had to stay in the street trying to pick a large taxi and was late for my time to the airport!

I wanted to extend it when I arrived I speak to a guy at the office and he named me a good price I come to talk to them later that same day just different worker about extending they gave me a higher price when I told him the other guy gave me a certain price he got rude and said wasn’t me that gave you that price and kept getting more rude, 2 they never cleaned the whole time there tbh my room still had the garbage from 2 days ago the bed sheets were never changed it and honestly the only reason I wanted to extend is I didn’t wanna walk around or get a taxi with my luggage since I was leaving tomorrow and have a ride but I legit walked to a different hotel that same second they got rude

1. *Service*: Als wir nach einer Vase oder zumindest einem Eimer fragten, wurde uns im gesamten Hotel nichts dergleichen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Freund von uns durfte trotz Vorlage seines Ausweises keine 20 Minuten länger bleiben, obwohl wir den Grund ausführlich erklärten. Als wir nach dieser strengen Regelung um eine kleine Entschädigung in Form eines Pfirsichsafts baten (der eigentlich nur 50 Lira kostet), wurde uns lediglich Wasser angeboten. 2. *Frühstück*: Die Qualität des Frühstücks ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die angebotenen Säfte waren extrem überzuckert, die Salami von sehr schlechter Qualität und die Auswahl insgesamt sehr dürftig und eintönig. Lediglich die Eier waren in Ordnung. 3. *Rezeption*: Fragen an die Rezeption wurden entweder unhöflich beantwortet oder man legte uns direkt das Telefon auf. Besonders negativ fiel uns ein älterer Mitarbeiter auf, der äußerst unfreundlich und unsympathisch war. 4. *Zimmer und Reinigung*: Trotz aktivierter "Do Not Disturb"-Taste betrat das Reinigungspersonal unser Zimmer ohne Erlaubnis. Zudem war das Trinkwasser aus den Plastikflaschen, mit denen die Minibars aufgefüllt wurden, von sehr schlechter Qualität – es roch nach Motoröl, was auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt wurde. 5. *Lärm*: In unserem Zimmer waren ständig Klickgeräusche zu hören, die von den Relais im Elektroschrank stammten, da die Klimaanlage arbeitete. Diese Geräusche waren so laut, dass man dachte, jemand würde versuchen, ins Zimmer zu kommen.

Nice, clean, modern hotel, close to Tram and Metro, not far from restaurants, small shop around the corner

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, die Lage sowohl auch Aladje Mitarbeiter! Wir haben uns in 3 Tagen absolut willkommen gefühlt und kamen sehr schnell mit der Metro zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vielen Dank!

15 - 20 minutss walk to grand bazar which is good

Location is covinient.

A bit far from touristic areas 30 min walk but if you like walking like me then it’s great to see neighbourhoods and have a calmer surrounding then busy areas such as Sultanahmet, Sirkeci and Eminounou

Over all it was good. There was a previously water leak mark and paint coming off from the celing in the middle. Location wise it was hard to reach as it was on uphill which was very steap. Metro was on a fair distance but for Tram it was far.

Unser Zimmer war in einem super Zustand, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück hatte eine angemessene Auswahl mit täglich frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich klasse! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderbar. Die Einrichtung sehr modern, die Betten und Bettwäsche hervorragend. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade ohne Aufpreis erhalten. Es liegt sehr zentral, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Metro sind schnell zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, es gibt frisch gepressten Orangensaft gegen eine geringe Gebühr. Das einzige was zu beanstanden wäre, es gibt leider keinen guten Kaffee. Mit einer guten Kaffeemaschine wäre das Problem sofort behoben. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis TOP. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Kamers waren erg schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt was goed en lekker. Het hotel ligt ook goed gelegen met een bushalte op 3 minuten loopafstand. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk!!! Als ik weer terug zou gaan naar Istanbul zou ik weer terugkomen hier. Echt een tophotel!

I hated the fact they only provided one key, breakfast was super expensive to compare with outside so make sure it’s listed on your reservation. We thought it was included but wasn’t and they charged us for it

If they can have more Verity in there breakfast and if they can make different verity instead of the samethings everyday.
