We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms have been nicely renovated, modern, and clean. The pool area was a great place to relax.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which are spacious, clean and sound-proof, and have a nice balcony. We especially liked the grounds - garden/pool/tennis/breakfast and restaurant areas which provide nice outdoor settings. We did enjoy the outdoor breakfast area, but having cats jumping on the breakfast tables, was a bit messy and not hygienic. Some areas such as around the tennis courts are in need of better grooming.

Superb top floor room with glorious view of the Bosphorus. Upgrade to use the Executive suite (food/drink) was not cheap but probably paid for itself as Istanbul is expensive to eat out. The hotel is still under extensive renovation and building works were unsightly and restricted access to spa and swimming pool facilities. Eating and drinking in the hotel bars/restaurants were very expensive.

Very good experience, great location as only mins walk to Nişantaşı and Taksim square. the hotel in general is very clean specially the renovated part of the hotel. Great swimming pool area specially for kids, good selection of food and drinks at the executive lounge and a great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Otelin konumu ve fiziki koşulları iyiydi fakat misafir hizmetleri ve oda servisi çok kötüydü. Misafir hizmetlerini 3 kere arıyorsunuz bir defa telefona cevap veriliyor. Odamıza bardak bırakılmamıştı aradık 2 saat sonra geldi. Klima bozuktu oda soğuktu. Havlu eksik bırakılmıştı ve bir tanesi kirliydi. Kahvaltı dahil olmaması enteresan geldi. Otopark lobi ıslak alan her şey ücretliydi. Bu baştan savma hizmet politikasına sadece odada uyumak için bu para baya fazla geldi bana. Şu ana kadar konakladığım oteller içinde hizmet kalitesi en vasat olan oteldi.

The hotel is so clean. Convenient access to everything. Staff are so nice and polite and so helpful. I also went to the beauty salon in the hotel to do my hair and they did a great job. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to travel to Istanbul. The view was spectacular.

Overall, a good stay, but a little hit & miss. When we initially checked in the room wasn’t ready until 16.30, which was unacceptable; however, the reception compensated by offering a free drink and access to the executive lounge for the duration of the stay… a great upgrade. The room provided was dated but spacious. I was happy with the room, but we were placed between a large and noisy family occupying multiple rooms either side, with TV blasting out the entire night. The next night was a techno concert in the opposite park, but thankfully, the reception moved us to a room on the opposite side of the hotel. If we’d have been given a quiet room, as asked during the initial booking, our stay would have been great, as the room we transferred to was quiet. The pool and pool area was great. Perfect for hot summer days and a highlight. We were also given a late checkout, so again, very happy with the flexibility. Breakfast was disappointing, as it was a crowded area and used lots of ready-made produce. I’ve stayed in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels across Istanbul with far superior breakfasts. I understand the Hilton is undergoing renovations and will be swish when finished; however, regardless of the refurbishment, the standard of breakfast needs to be improved from using ready-made produce and machine-ready drinks to quality, local sourced produce. Overall, a good stay, but I’d think twice before booking if a similar hotel was available for the same price.

Сервис прекрасный! Очень дружелюбные и профессиональные люди работают в отеле. Еда очень вкусная и качественная во всех ресторанах отеля. Уборка тщательная. Горничные приветливые и неравнодушные. Одно большое НО для меня - в номере с видом на Босфор очень шумно ночью: слышен шум машин, разгрузчика с соседней промышленной площадки, музыка из клубов неподалеку. Видимо, это из-за неплотного прилегания стеклопакетов, тк площадь остекления значительная. Мне было трудно спать из-за шума

Other staff members, including Tsira, Onder, Erding, and Yasin, were equally kind and ensured that our stay was memorable. The breakfast room was a lovely space to start our day, offering a great variety of options. We also enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool each day, where the facilities were not only clean but luxurious. If we ever visit Turkey again, there’s no question—we’ll be returning to HIB.

I stayed in this Hotel from January 22nd to January 30th. Staffs are extremely unfriendly, ignorant and too proud. A lot of them are untrained. No one greeted me when I arrived. they made a lot of troubles for me, I also saw cleaner pretending to clean the sheets when I said I want to change sheets, He only changed duvet cover and not bed sheet, I complained and they tried to send me a gift basket or something, but at 9pm when I was resting they came and started knocking. I wasnt expecting anyone and also i was asleep, he opned the door to bring some gifts to say sorry to all the things that happened. Which was worst because he entered when I was sleeping. They also sent me pork when I request for no pork and ham they later told me they sent me chicken ham but the menu says the breakfast comes with pork and ham not anything else. Break fasts was never consitant. Sometimes fruits missing etc. When when I checked out, I asked to collect my luggage and 20 mins no one came, so I was late and I took my bags by myself to lobby. It was 3 bags, when I checked out also, all these men at the counter and bell NO HELPED ME. Pls check your CCTV, extremely bad service and too proud and ignorant staffs. Only friendly staffs were at the gym area. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I chose it for the view, but you can choose any hotel for the view.

Great swimming pool area specially for kids, good selection of food and drinks at the executive lounge and a great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall, a good stay, but a little hit & miss. When we initially checked in the room wasn’t ready until 16.30, which was unacceptable; however, the reception compensated by offering a free drink and access to the executive lounge for the duration of the stay… a great upgrade. The room provided was dated but spacious. I was happy with the room, but we were placed between a large and noisy family occupying multiple rooms either side, with TV blasting out the entire night. The next night was a techno concert in the opposite park, but thankfully, the reception moved us to a room on the opposite side of the hotel. If we’d have been given a quiet room, as asked during the initial booking, our stay would have been great, as the room we transferred to was quiet. The pool and pool area was great. Perfect for hot summer days and a highlight. We were also given a late checkout, so again, very happy with the flexibility. Breakfast was disappointing, as it was a crowded area and used lots of ready-made produce. I’ve stayed in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels across Istanbul with far superior breakfasts. I understand the Hilton is undergoing renovations and will be swish when finished; however, regardless of the refurbishment, the standard of breakfast needs to be improved from using ready-made produce and machine-ready drinks to quality, local sourced produce. Overall, a good stay, but I’d think twice before booking if a similar hotel was available for the same price.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which are spacious, clean and sound-proof, and have a nice balcony. We especially liked the grounds - garden/pool/tennis/breakfast and restaurant areas which provide nice outdoor settings. We did enjoy the outdoor breakfast area, but having cats jumping on the breakfast tables, was a bit messy and not hygienic. Some areas such as around the tennis courts are in need of better grooming.

Superb top floor room with glorious view of the Bosphorus. Upgrade to use the Executive suite (food/drink) was not cheap but probably paid for itself as Istanbul is expensive to eat out. The hotel is still under extensive renovation and building works were unsightly and restricted access to spa and swimming pool facilities. Eating and drinking in the hotel bars/restaurants were very expensive.

This is luxury travel at its best. We absolutely loved the hotel, the complimentary spa and beautiful outdoor pool. The views of the Bosphorus are breathtaking. The service is incredible. One night, I was so sick, could not sleep, needed medication. The hotel organized for a taxi to take me to the 24 hr pharmacy, wait for me and bring me back (for like $10 cab ride). I could not have survived the night without talking to that pharmacist. I am so grateful for their help. And btw, you absolutely have to take the Breakfast option! It is out of this world, all you can eat (mimosas and expressos included). The Turks take breakfast very seriously, and here they take it to the next level! Perfect way to load up before heading out for adventure in Istanbul!
