Viaggiavamo per lavoro. Suite molto ampia con salotto comodo, vista magnifica, tv enorme per presentazioni ai colleghi. Ristorante sushi al 14 piano molto valido. We booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and we wanted to sunbathe when we were not sightseeing . The outdoor pool is small .It is positioned in area where it sits in the shadow of the building for most of the daylight hours. We simply couldn’t sunbathe . Eating and drinking in the rooftop bar . The views and service was exception . Unfortunately,so were the prices. The Hotel is positioned in an elevated position ,up a hill . Fine when walking down to the Bosphorus ,but muscle burning ,and lung bursting on the way up . The walk back requires you to be fit . The doormen at the hotel were exceptional . Crabbing cabs ,ordering taxis ,keeping the queue orderly . The hotel is classy ,and clean as you would expect from the Conrad brand . If you don’t get a room to rear of the hotel ,the garden grounds are uninspiring.

Die Unterkunft war Top Hotelanlage (Pool, Fitness etc waren Grandios nur sind die Preise Für ein Hamam extrem Teuer ca 120 Euro für diesen Preis kann ich wo anders in Istanbul mit 10 Leuten hingehen. Zudem ist es nervig das man beim CheckIn und beim Auschecken extrem Lange warten muss und man kaum ein Taxi bekommt. Aber sonst war alles eigentlich Top.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is helpful and speak good English. Accessible by bus so for us was really helpful. The restaurant and rooftop had really good food. We had access to steam and sauna, only point was that the indoor pool was noisy as accessible to all families. Steam room could be under maintenance as some piece were going off the bench and the steam smell wasn’t always a good. Otherwise we had an amazing stay, bed so confortable and bedsheet also soft. Clean bathroom and room.

Advantages of staying at Conrad: 1. Very secure place. You will not see random people venture in your hallway because they got lost. 2. Very nice place and facilities, really classy, sparkling clean, definitely 5 stars. 3. Nice restaurant inside 4. Located at a very nice spot near the structures we tourists want to visit, will have to walk but close 5. Not located in a crowded area, no traffic jam int this section of the city during rush hours 6. Very accessible for vehicles because it has a proper lobby for pick-up and drop off, unlike other hotels where the entrance is practically the street itself Yes, I definitely recommend this place. In fact, I would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the service and the attitude of the employees at Manzara Restaurant, where we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Both experiences were excellent. However, we did encounter an issue with a blocked shower pan, which caused water to overflow out of the washroom. Although we contacted the help desk, and they resolved the issue promptly and thoroughly, I expected more than just an apology as compensation. We were very tired and unable to use our room for nearly an hour that evening, which was quite inconvenient.

Whilst the hotel was impressive in terms of facilities and location the staff experience and general ambiance fell short of what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is popular for extravagant wedding receptions which go on until 3am so do consider this if you want a peaceful nights sleep.

The Conrad Istanbul is a very good hotel that delivered exactly what we wanted. As ever with Conrad (we are frequent guests), the room was spotlessly clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is exceptional. The hotel is not in the centre of Istanbul, however aside from the traffic issues (the same wherever you stay) this is quite welcome. The room was in good condition, had a great view of the Bosphorus and was good value for money.

I have been coming to Istanbul regularly and honestly couldn’t believe I hadn’t stayed here before. It is everything you would want in a 5 star hotel — Service was top notch from everyone in the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, house keeping etc..), rooms were big, spacious and clean. Hotel facilities were modern and well kept. The location is very nice in Besiktas — you can walk and taxis are available easily. All in all i would highly recommend! Special thanks to Bulent and Mehmet for their warm welcome.

Our stay had a rocky start upon arrival, reception couldn’t find our reservation and insisted it wasn’t made through Expedia, despite us showing proof through the app, including the receipt. After some back-and-forth, we were finally checked in, but unfortunately placed in the wrong room type. To make up for the inconvenience, we were upgraded for the last two nights of our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was okay. We were there for quite a while and ended up befriending many of the staff, who were kind, helpful, and really made a difference. That said, it was concerning to hear some of them express that they were being treated unfairly by their managers, which points to some internal issues within the hotel’s leadership. While the upgrade and the wonderful staff were definite highlights, the initial mismanagement and check-in problems did leave a lasting impression

Nice property on the Bosphorus. Reasonably priced too. However the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired for. Someone ran up a fancy dinner and drinks bill and it was conveniently charged to our room. Upon discovering this at checkout, we told the receptionist this wasn’t our charge. He spent an inordinate amount of time digging up bills and calling people and wasting our time! Even pulled up the receipt which had no signature! Assumption was guilty until proven innocent! Never seen such horrendous attitude anywhere in the world.

My stay at the Conrad was the best, it is always my destination in isranbul where i find comfort cleanliness and warm welcoming from the hotel door step. The breakfast is amazing to start the day at this hotel and the comfy lobby especially if the piano is playing. Located off a major artery of Istanbul and. Lose to one of the squares, the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus is a lovely Hilton hotel. Staff was all conversant in English, and endeavoured to meet any request. There are many restaurants within 2 blocks west, as well as shopping. Convenience stores (2) are about 2 blocks south .

Best experience. Make sure you get breakfast and lounge access. We were there for a wedding and adding those two options were phenomenal. There was a soccer / basketball field right in front of the hotel and tennis / pickleball on the premise which my kids used regularly.

We twice had a problem with the toilet door and workman had to come to the room twice during out stay to shave timber off the door to get it to shut properly. The workman left a mess on the floor and we had to call Guest Services again to get it cleaned. This was not good enough for a "Premium Room" and a four-night stay. The compensation offered by the Hotel for the inconvenience was in our view and inadequate. Our room key didn't work after the first night despite requesting to stay in the same room for four nights, as we made two separate bookings, just a further inconvenience to add to the toilet door problems.

Beautiful hotel settled in the Besiktas area of Istanbul. Rooms comfortable and clean. Only negative is the service in particular at breakfast, lots of dirty tables and took a while to get a hot drink. Overall nice hotel, not a 5 star hotel due to the service.
