We stayed at the hotel for around three weeks with our two small children. Overall, we had an okay stay. The rooms were spacious, which was very practical for a longer stay with kids, and the area felt calm and convenient for us. The small playground outside was very nice for our two little ones, but unfortunately the swings were broken, and the park/playground area was not very clean. This was a bit disappointing, especially when traveling with children. The quality of the room service also felt more like a 3-star hotel. Several times, the food that was delivered to our room was cold and did not feel fresh, which affected the overall experience. The hotel has potential, but there are some small details that need improvement. One thing this hotel is really missing is an outdoor pool. If there had been an outdoor pool, we would definitely consider coming back despite the small issues. Overall, we had a decent stay, but for the price and standard, we expected a little more.

The hotel is super clean, rooms are all like apartment homes, they have all appliences you need at home for long stay, staff are super kind and friendly, the neighborhood is also nice and clean, near woods, kind of high end up town.

Liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and was not filled for two days, until we left a note asking for replenishment. AC was a puzzle to operate. There was no written document on how to operate the AC, and during our stay we had to call the reception twice for help. The technician was not able to clearly explain how to operate it.
