World Say Hotel

The locations of the hotel was great. The hotel advertises on-site parking which turned out to be an open municipal lot with uneven grounds broken glass and haphazardly stuffed cars. During our first night the bathroom started smelling sewer gas from the outlet hoke on the ground and we had to keep the bathroom door closed forego the AC to open the window and listen to talking youth on the street all night just to be able to breathe. We reported this in the morning to the receptionist who said they will make a note. When we came back in the evening after dinner we discovered that the same smell had returned to the bathroom so we came down to ask for a room change. We were told there were no free rooms, so we decided to look for a new hotel and ask for a refund. Not only were the staff very rude while denying our refund request saying they cannot rent the room (RM501) to anyone else for the night (as if it was habitable), they told us we could just keep the bathroom door closed all night and that the smell was ‘NOT THAT BAD’ (it burned my lungs). Additionally they claimed that they cannot refund since we paid to hotels.com which we did not because this was a ‘pay at the hotel’ reservation and they continued denying we made the payment to them despite the card statement and receipt evidence. I waited two weeks for the review to see if they would take any responsibility but it seems like they are are happy to rent a health hazard room to whomever takes it. Don’t be the one.

Very nice hotel Staff very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Azad Edren in reception and other staff that I don’t know their names helped me a lot for getting taxi or anything else. Overall, my family and me were pretty satisfied about this hotel service.

I was in 5* hotel Conforium but broke up with my gf & thus booked here while she stayed In the other hotel. Tbh value for money is way better in comparison here. yes Rooms are smaller, but good enough in size and newly decorated, it has a fridge too which we didn't at 5* hotel. It was clean. The Owner & staff r so friendly , I will even give them 100 out of 10. Breakfast was good for price. Boy in service was amazing and greeting us always in a smile and helpful. This hotel exceeded my expectations really given value for money! for what u take back from ur money is really great value and choice. 100% will come again.

The breakfast was excellent, very helpful staff, close to shops. Would recommend it.

The only problem with my room was toilet smell. I stayed a wake till morning because of thet. Their breakfast was amazing.
