Situation of hotel is good and the breakfast has a good variety. The problems are that there is not transparence with prices the charged us 200 TL for 2 pool bonnet. The staff didn t warn us before. There was a camera un the swimmingpool which could be cleaner. Also the are not price list of minibar, so we paid 120 TL for a small packet of nuts. Furthermore you could hear your neighbours in their rooms so these could be better insonorized

Otopark otele uzakta , içinde otopark var diye tercih etmiştim. Personeli epey yardımcı oldu ama, ben planlamamı otopark otelin içimde olacak şekilde yapmıştım, bu yönden zorlandım.

Una esperienza ottima, l'albergo è una struttura moderna dotata di ogni confort. La pulizia delle camere, molto confortevoli, e delle stanze comuni è eccellente. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo della camera, è molto varia e tutto è assolutamente fresco e delizioso. Il personale di servizio è estremamente disponibile e cortese e ci ha aiutato per ogni necessità La posizione è ottima per la visita della città Unici punti di debolezza, la camera che ci è stata assegnata, esposta ad ovest, era eccessivamente calda e non è stato possibile regolare la temperatura, per cui abbiamo sofferto un po' durante la notte, inoltre avrei apprezzato che nel bagno ci fosse un tappetino per la doccia che invece mancava. Se dovessimo tornare a Van non avremmo dubbi, sceglieremmo di nuovo questa struttura!

kahvaltımızı yaptıktan sonra odaya döndüğümüz odayı topraladıklarını gördük. Ancak nemli ve ıslak havluları katlayıp tekrar kullanım için lavaboda bulunan havlu bölümüne bıraktıklarını tespit ettik. Geceden yerlere dökülen cerez kırıntılarının yerde durduğunu gördük. Resepsiyonda bu konuyu dile getirdiğimizde henüz temizlik yapılmadığını belirttiler. Dışarıya gezmeye gittik akşam saatlerinde tekrar odaya geri geldiğimizde havluların değiştiğini ancak yerlerde turan cerez kırıntılarının durduğunu gördük ve yerlerin süpürülmediği anlaşılmıştır. İlave olarak kahvaltı salonunda yiyeceklerin üzerlerine ne olduğu yazılsa çok güzel olabilirdi. (Örnegin peynirli, zeytinli,sade poğaça,Kaymak, acılı sos vs. gibi)

There was an issue with the shower flooding the bathroom and the hair dryer overheated. When I asked for another hair dryer to get ready for my son’s wedding I was told no. They asked us to leave the breakfast area because we were only drinking coffee. The breakfast was at best average.

Una esperienza ottima, l'albergo è una struttura moderna dotata di ogni confort. La pulizia delle camere, molto confortevoli, e delle stanze comuni è eccellente. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo della camera, è molto varia e tutto è assolutamente fresco e delizioso. Il personale di servizio è estremamente disponibile e cortese e ci ha aiutato per ogni necessità La posizione è ottima per la visita della città Unici punti di debolezza, la camera che ci è stata assegnata, esposta ad ovest, era eccessivamente calda e non è stato possibile regolare la temperatura, per cui abbiamo sofferto un po' durante la notte, inoltre avrei apprezzato che nel bagno ci fosse un tappetino per la doccia che invece mancava. There was an issue with the shower flooding the bathroom and the hair dryer overheated. When I asked for another hair dryer to get ready for my son’s wedding I was told no. They asked us to leave the breakfast area because we were only drinking coffee. The breakfast was at best average.

Bathrooms looked clean, but bed sheets no as much. Floor carpets are filthy. Bath room door knob was broken and my partner got stock in it while I was out of room. Water got shut off once, WiFi was weak, and strong smell of cigarette forced me to change room. Not a good overall experience.
