Across reviews, Cali Royal Otel is praised for friendly, helpful staff, generally clean rooms, and a convenient location near the center and transport, offering solid value for short stays and business stopovers despite some noted shortcomings.
Rooms are often spacious and comfortable, though multiple guests report significant noise from corridors, neighbors, and traffic. While cleanliness is frequently commended, recurring maintenance and hygiene issues appear in some bathrooms and fixtures. Breakfast ranges from adequate to tasty for many, but others find it limited or poorly handled. Expect a practical, budget-friendly base with occasional trade-offs.
