Put me in the wrong room. Refused to change me to the room I actually booked. Called before booking to see if pool was open, they said yes. When I arrived pool was closed because they didn’t feel like having it open.

Over all it was good. Just a few things that I could see. The pool was cold. And the towels were like hand towels. Tiny. There was no shampoo in the shower. And only three towels with 8 of us staying in the suite. There was a sprite left over from the last person in the window seal. And no sheets on the pull out beds. Also no blankets either. The breakfast was awesome. Huge variety. Lots of choices but the people doing it looked so mad and not friendly. Like they were mad we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Motel physical facilities were very clean, instructions available for using the in-room facilities were non-existent. Vehicle parking area was clean and well lit. However my vehicle received damage from thieves looking for, but not finding anything of value to steal.

The check in was easy and room was spacious and clean. Parking as you came in was a little awkward. Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Pillows could be a little harder but that is personal preference.

Great place to stay. Right off the freeway. Dining options are pretty good. Loved the huge room and offering of water and coffee in the reception area is a nice touch.

I stayed at the HomeWood Suites in Denton the night before and thought it was a great hotel chain so I booked again in Albuquerque. Same great experience. Check in and check out was seamless and the staff is pleasant. I had a great room! •Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. (I knit-pick bathrooms and had miserable experience - if I see beard hair and toothpaste from a previous guests, which is what happened at my stay in Leesville, LA, I get weirded out. It wasn't this chain. ) •I've grown to have an appreciation for rooms with full size refrigerator with freezer. I travel with a cooler and it's nice to refreeze my ice packs instead of getting bags of ice. The hotel itself is clean, well kept and landscape makes the hotel look warm and inviting. Breakfast was great with your usual waffle maker and cereal, but they had crustless spinach quiche which was pretty tasty. I am usually towing a racing sailboat, so I have to look at the satellite on Google maps before booking. There was ample parking for me. I would definitely book here again as well as add TowneSuites to my favorites list. I booked through Hotels.com and I think the value for what I got was great.

Pros: centrally located Cons: dirty, bed linens had stains and holes/looked unwashed, did not provide enough towels for number of registered guests, towels were ripped and had holes. Room did bit have all provided things for it being classified as as “suite”. There was a sink with no soap or sponge. No cups for coffee. No coffee or tea packets. We stayed for 4 days and no housekeeping done even though we specifically asked. They came in only to change towels and left the dirty towels on the carpet. Didn’t make beds or vacuum. I called ahead of time to ensure pools were working. Indoor pool idea was nice but the water was 60 deg and was told they would inform maintenance - which never happened. The AC is old and could not keep temperature even. I won’t be staying here again and would advise others to look elsewhere. We paid over $400/nt and it was 2 star service.

The spots in the carpet in the room need serious cleaning. This was in 225. We stayed there a few weeks ago in a different room and the carpet needed cleaning as well. Otherwise, the stay was satisfactory.

The room was very small, the king size bed was very uncomfortable. The side close to the wall was higher than the opposite side, which was compacted and hard. This made the bed slopped from one side to the other like a low-rider. In addition, there was a large cockroach in the closet. I mentioned it to the receptionist on my way out. The sofa bed did not have any sheets on the mattress, just the cover, and we couldn't find any in the room. Breakfast had limited choices but was decent. Next time I visit Albuquerque, will definitely consider staying somewhere else.

The air conditioner was not able to cool the room. We had the temperature set to 69 degrees around 3pm and it stayed 77 degrees in the room for more than 3 hours. It was 98 degrees outside with 30% humidity so the AC struggled. Fortunately we brought our own fans and it was tolerable. I have had the same issue with this specific hotel at other locations

We stayed here for three nights for the Balloon Fiesta. This property was very convenient because it is just off the highway. As we learned our second morning, as long as you are willing to leave prior to 4am, it is a clear shot to parking and you miss most traffic. If not, you will sit on highway for 2.5 hours. We stayed in the one bed studio. Highly recommend as it has a fully equipped kitchen, very nice sized bathroom with a great shower and a sofa. Bed was stiffer than we like but still slept well and room was fairly quiet. Oh, and the air conditioning is awesome, as well as all of the employees we encountered during our stay. The only thing I would complain about is there is only one chair at the kitchen table, but we ate on the sofa, so not really anything to complain about. This is a great property at a reasonable price, 5 stars all the way!

First of all overbooked the hotel and they had to put us up in another hotel. They wanted to do two king rooms but we have young kids and that would not have worked.
First of all overbooked the hotel and they had to put us up in another hotel. They wanted to do two king rooms but we have young kids and that would not have worked.

When we were on our way it was raining hard and we called to make sure they wouldn't give up our room. When I got there they told us they gave up our room. The lady at the front (Maria) let me know that the front desk lady that was there when I called walked out during a rush and she just got there. She was kind and apologetic and was able get me and my family into two rooms quickly and they covered one room for us. She was so helpful and kind. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and staff was kind.

Traveled with children. We all enjoyed our stay. Rooms were excellent. Plenty of room and very clean. Breakfast lady was so hospitable and helpful. Check in lady was not so nice. Very quick choppy answers to our questions and when we called for extra towels, she simply said no and hung up. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Working in hotels for 10 years, I go into a property looking closely at everything. The management (great job) needs to continue to keep the employees knowing that they are valued. EVERYONE (more than one person from every department) I encountered smiled and were genuinely happy and helpful. We came in for a funeral of my 93 year old mom's best friend. They made sure to place us on the bottom floor close to the front office. This made it easier for the 93 year old widow (with scoliosis) to come to the room. All of the public areas were so clean. They even had Easter decorations out. It's hard a people mentally when they are traveling away from home for the holidays. Our room was clean and had everything I needed to store and warm my mom's meals. 10 stars for the showerhead and water pressure ( this from a woman with thick hair past her derriere). There were so many restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. We will be definitely staying here the next time we travel to Albuquerque. Thank you all!

Pros: centrally located Cons: dirty, bed linens had stains and holes/looked unwashed, did not provide enough towels for number of registered guests, towels were ripped and had holes. Room did bit have all provided things for it being classified as as “suite”. There was a sink with no soap or sponge. No cups for coffee. No coffee or tea packets. We stayed for 4 days and no housekeeping done even though we specifically asked. They came in only to change towels and left the dirty towels on the carpet. Didn’t make beds or vacuum. I called ahead of time to ensure pools were working. Indoor pool idea was nice but the water was 60 deg and was told they would inform maintenance - which never happened. The AC is old and could not keep temperature even. I won’t be staying here again and would advise others to look elsewhere. We paid over $400/nt and it was 2 star service.

We stayed here for three nights for the Balloon Fiesta. This property was very convenient because it is just off the highway. As we learned our second morning, as long as you are willing to leave prior to 4am, it is a clear shot to parking and you miss most traffic. If not, you will sit on highway for 2.5 hours. We stayed in the one bed studio. Highly recommend as it has a fully equipped kitchen, very nice sized bathroom with a great shower and a sofa. Bed was stiffer than we like but still slept well and room was fairly quiet. Oh, and the air conditioning is awesome, as well as all of the employees we encountered during our stay. The only thing I would complain about is there is only one chair at the kitchen table, but we ate on the sofa, so not really anything to complain about. This is a great property at a reasonable price, 5 stars all the way!

Over all it was good. Just a few things that I could see. The pool was cold. And the towels were like hand towels. Tiny. There was no shampoo in the shower. And only three towels with 8 of us staying in the suite. There was a sprite left over from the last person in the window seal. And no sheets on the pull out beds. Also no blankets either. The breakfast was awesome. Huge variety. Lots of choices but the people doing it looked so mad and not friendly. Like they were mad we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the HomeWood Suites in Denton the night before and thought it was a great hotel chain so I booked again in Albuquerque. Same great experience. Check in and check out was seamless and the staff is pleasant. I had a great room! •Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. (I knit-pick bathrooms and had miserable experience - if I see beard hair and toothpaste from a previous guests, which is what happened at my stay in Leesville, LA, I get weirded out. It wasn't this chain. ) •I've grown to have an appreciation for rooms with full size refrigerator with freezer. I travel with a cooler and it's nice to refreeze my ice packs instead of getting bags of ice. The hotel itself is clean, well kept and landscape makes the hotel look warm and inviting. Breakfast was great with your usual waffle maker and cereal, but they had crustless spinach quiche which was pretty tasty. I am usually towing a racing sailboat, so I have to look at the satellite on Google maps before booking. There was ample parking for me. I would definitely book here again as well as add TowneSuites to my favorites list. I booked through Hotels.com and I think the value for what I got was great.

They changed our original booking, then they didn’t correctly put our room for the stay originally booked. The breakfast was not kept up with at all. Had to ask for stuff and no one around to fill the food, plates or drinks.
