The property was clean overall and staff was very helpful. The rooms were great as well. The only objection was we could tell that pets had stayed in the room. My wife has bad allergies so she was sneezing the next morning. We should have checked first before booking to see if we could get a pet free room or if those even existed. If you have a pet or if you are okay with a pet smell, then this would be a great place to stay.

Amazing hotel, clean friendly and they love animal rescue which is one of my pet projects. Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful and nice. Rooms were excellent. Lots of amenities would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is visiting Seattle.

I've stayted at the Pineapple in SF and while small, it was clean and luxurious. This hotel's design and furnishing quality is lower tier than SF, which surprised me. I guess these are franchises and not corporate. The room felt sparse. No refrigerator and had vinyl tile that felt sticky. Not enough outlets near the "desk". I had to unplug the coffee maker to plug in my lap top. Desk staff was very friendly, but understaffed when I arrived and long wait to check in. Overall, okay but not great.

Really beautiful hotel. Everybody we interacted with staff wise was bend over backwards, helpful, and friendly. We loved our room and a drink on them when we checked in definitely didn’t hurt. I would recommend this to anybody spending time and Seattle.

All the hotel staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and we did enjoy the robes that they provided. A few things I will mention about the rooms is they do not have carpets and the floors made our socks very dirty. I did have to tell the hotel staff the next day after we checked in that the toilet paper holder in the wall was coming out and it did fall out during our stay. There is a charging station in the room but it needs to be updated with type C ports. They only had USB. Overall it's in a nice area and there is an amazing donut shop very close that has excellent coffee drinks and delicious donuts. They also have bikes that you can use but we didn't get a chance to do that. It was close enough to Pike's place market, we were able to walk to it. I would probably stay here again. One more thing the parking was very reasonable.
