Everything about this hotel is nice but the only thing is that it is a 2 story lodge without elevators. So if you have heavy luggage and they give you a room on the 2nd floor or even 1st floor there are stairs that you have to take. This is a problem for people who have bad knees or difficulty carrying heavy bags.

When we arrived after 10pm they gave us a second floor room, but stairs can be difficult we were given a first floor room immediately. There were still a few stairs, but half a flight is no problem. And the gym was great! My husband loves a stationary bike and used theirs upon arrival and loved it so much he went down and used it again before we left.

Very welcoming to our large German Shepherd, especially since so many places only allow small, under 30 lb dogs. They even gave him treats! We’ve stayed here twice, driving from NB to ON. We’ll come again. Merci beaucoup!

The place was nice outside, the room was nice also but, it had a wall unit air-condition above the bed that was extremely loud. We were not able to listen to the TV. It was either turn the air off to watch TV and have no air in room or turn the air and not watch TV. Luckily we stayed there for a short period of time. There was also a small cockroach in the bathroom that sneaked out the morning we were checking out.

There was a cockroach in my heavily perfumed room. The hotel refused to take any type of accountability (other than some free kitkats). Its been a nightmare dealing with them. I would never stay here. Im sure its comfortable if you dont mind sleeping with bugs. Theres a long story that leads to management continuing to deny responsibility. This should be a "by the hour" motel.

Overall very good but furnitures and washroom looked very old. A/C smelt really bad and we could hear other people moving furnitures and running on the hall way. I’d give 5 stars for cleanliness though. Breakfast was better than expected.

Im kind of torn with this one. I found it to be clean, we were upgraded to the King room, spacious room with almost wall to wall mirrors. It also had a jetted tub which we didnt get to use since it was late. The AC was loud so I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Property has 2 buildings, we had go to the small building for breakfast. Breakfast was ok with egg, sausages, yogurt and waffle maker. Note: building has no elevator so you'll have to lug your luggage a few stairs! The free beverage they offer was sparkling water and they give you a kitkat bar!

Great place very nice staff extremely nice girl who checked us and also Neil at breakfast is incredible. They do offer a hot buffet breakfast with everything you can think of excellent price and very close to get to the city parking was very easy and they have an ice machine.

Do not stay here if you have ANY sensitivities to chemicals. I had a migraine upon entering the room and got sicker by the minute. After speaking with hotel staff they attempted to rectify situation and could not reach management to assist. Left within 3 hours of paying and now they refuse to refund me. DO NOT STAY…

I have to start by saying that this is a budget hotel. But the room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, spacious, it had a TV, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the hotel quiet, so I had a good night sleep. There were plenty of parking spots, and the parking is free. Breakfast was included, and the selection was reasonable. There is a grocery store and a liquor store next to the hotel. There are few places to eat within walking distance. The hotel is very conveniently located on a major road that makes it an easy drive to a shopping plaza (Portobello), and a mall (Mail Champlain). Easy drive to Montreal downtown (10-15 minutes max). The property looked overall well kept. The staff were nice and helpful. The receptionist was polite and friendly, the housekeeper did a good job at cleaning the room with attention to details (I liked the cute ways she hand the towels on the rack), the lady working in the breakfast area was quick to clean any mess, wipe the tables after every guest and the trays were promptly refilled. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. If you are on a budget, I recommend this hotel.

Our stay was quieter than expected considering the major road. Convenient location, lots of things you need are within short walking distance. Room was very clean. Breakfast was included and was decent. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is not far from the REM station which takes you downtown.

Got in late and checked in seamlessly. First floor room was clean and smelled clean. Good shower pressure. Breakfast began at 6am and the place was crowded with a tour group from France. Nice people for inviting us to share open seats. On the road by 7:00

The property was great, as advertised and decent place to stay. The only feedback is that the breakfast is until 10am but the staff starts closing as soon as 9:20am. The breakfast is not that extensive, which is fine, but since there’s limited options atleast keep those available until the full 10am.

This was a nice hotel and a good stay. My only complaint is the continental breakfast. I had a few issues, but the main one is that their juice machine only expelled barely flavoured water. After complaining, they did add new juice bags in the machine and it became passable. It still tasted slightly watered down, though

We chose this Hotel beacause of the free breakfast being offered. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. AN hour after starting, almost all of the plates were empty. ANd no one seemed to be supervising the area to replenish the plates. We left without eating. Seating space was limited. With 2 bus loads of tourists, there was definately no room for anyone else.
