What guests think

Many guests like the convenient location for road trips and the ferry, though walkability to attractions is limited. Restaurant and breakfast reviews are mostly positive, but some find prices high, vegetarian choices limited, or reservations required for the Sunday buffet. Rooms range from modern, spacious river-view options to smaller or older-feeling ground-floor or annex units, and a few mention corridor noise or cleanliness lapses. Expect a comfortable, modern stop with great views if you plan ahead for dining and amenities.

Definitely will stay again. Its been renovated. Issues with toilet paper kept coming off the holder and falling onto the floor. Also, the hair dryer was not working. Restaurant staff and food were excellent. One of the electric car chargers was not working.

Nice hotel, clean but if looking for hot tub and pool do not be fooled by photos. The pool is small and rather shallow. The hot tub is part of the spa in the hotel which is an additional charge per person. Starbucks on the premises was great!

Nice hotel for a couple of nights, comfortable room. Only issue the bar closed on our second night for renovation, wasn’t informed about this beforehand or at check in, however allowed to sit in restaurant, begrudgingly, service was poor

Used the online check in with QR code which was very seamless. When we got to our room, we found the bathroom mirror was not clean, one of the glasses still had lip marks on it, there was still garbage on the counter from previous guest and there was a long black hair in one of the beds when we pulled the covers down and everyone in our family is blond. Very, very disappointing. Would not recommend even though it is a very modern, nicely designed and decorated hotel.

The Hotel is relatively new and the comfort suite that we had on the second floor was well appointed and modern. It had a lovely kitchenette with full set of dishes and silverware and a lovely dining table for two.I have only one complaint and that is the a/c in the second room did not work and the one is our bedroom was a bit loud. However, The overall experience was reall good.
