What guests think

A recurring gripe is parking congestion from the casino and noise from thin walls, hallways, or the nearby highway. Guests also report occasional facility closures (waterslide or hot tub) and maintenance issues such as temperamental A/C, plumbing, or showers, alongside inconsistent housekeeping in a minority of stays. On-site dining varies; a cafe and options next door are appreciated, but the restaurant is sometimes closed and there is typically no free breakfast. Expect a clean, convenient stay with good amenities, but check noise-sensitive room locations and facility status if those matter to you.

Facilities

Pool and waterslide are popular with families, and the gym draws strong praise. However, the waterslide or hot tub are occasionally closed, and parking can be crowded at peak casino times despite generally ample lots; casino access is on-site.

Beds are very hard. Rooms aren’t very quiet. But it’s clean. Parking …. Expect a long walk to get inside with the casino at the same location parking fills up quickly. Bonus with the slides and pool. Too bad the hot tub was down for most of our stay.

Parking was terrible. No reserved parking for hotel guests, casino parking took up the whole area so had to walk the other side of the vacant lot when checking out

Loved the hotel but parking was at a premium due to the casino parking taking a majority of all the lots! Get in early to get a good parking spot

Prestige is always nice. We got a balcony this time and it was so cool! Parking lot is always too full to park in the front though! But that’s because of the casino attached! Good stay for sure! Will be coming back for future stays!

Room was not very clean. Sticky floors and unclean walls and surfaces. Housekeeping made one bed, 1/2 made the other and did nothing else. Dirty coffee mugs, toothpaste and hair left in the sink, floor dirty. Yuck. Poor experience. No pool towels available and cold water, dirty hot tub.

Staff on check in were fantastic, the room was very nice and clean. Bed was ok. However…. Booked a balcony room for a romantic evening. The “balcony” was basically on a closed in section of the roof with a view of the back parking lot full of construction material. The room was also right next to the elevator and mechanical room which I heard all night making for a horrible sleep. Not what I would’ve expected for the amount we paid for the room.

Left our room at 9:45 AM. Took the do not disturb sign off as I left. Came back at 7 PM and the room had not been touched. Had to call down for towels and coffee. Took a long time for someone to come, and they said they checked the cameras and the do not disturb sign was on. I wasn’t aware you had to leave at the crack of dawn to get your room made up. Spent time checking cameras instead of bringing what we needed. Felt justification for not doing it was more important than providing any customer service I guess

The hotel had so many bookings and was not prepared. We arrived at the 4pm check in and had to wait with tons of other people in the lobby 3+ hours for our room to be ready. It was minus 30 and they couldnt even guarantee we would have a room for the night or a refund after it was all paid. No housekeeping was answering(one lady) and managnent wasnt on site or answering. Finally at 730 we were given keys to a un cleaned room. The front desk lady and maintenance guy were so fantastic through all of it. They brought us clean sheets and offered to do our room with so many apologizes. The hotel gave us continental breakfast for free for our troubles and then wouldnt honor it in the morning. We book multiple times a year here and i hope they step it up.

When we checked in the lady took my credit card knowing it wouldn’t cover the $400 . Deposit. She said it was fine we will pay at the end of our stay . She couldn’t even assign us to our right rooms . . Three hours later front desk tells I need to come downstairs to the front desk and pay the deposit. I had cash on me but when getting to the front desk she told me I had to pay the full stay amount right now ! Not the deposit! We have been coming here yearly. This was our last time . We have never been treated like that before . I had to wake up my father and get him to come down and pay the full amount on his card . In return we were given a sorry and complementary upgrade for our next stay . Mean while you have people smoking on your patios ! When there is NO smoking allowed! Thank you for showing us an unpleasant stay .
