The advertisement states clearly that this hotel offers a shuttle service to/from Pearson Airport. Spent an hour looking for one before taking cab. Desk tells me that shuttle was discontinued due to Covid TWO YEARS AGO!

After returning from our vacation with two other couples, their vehicle had been stolen from the hotel's parking lot. There are no security cameras except for the front door lobby, and they could definitely use security cameras outside surrounding their hotel.

I did not have a good experience at TownPlace Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the property was a disaster. The hotel was under renovation, with a jackhammer tearing up the lobby floor along with other work being done. I couldn't hear the desk worker while I was checking in, and she had to write instructions on paper. The environment was also not safe. The business office and fitness center were both closed because of the renovation, which are both important to me as I was there on business. I would not have minded as much if I was informed about this, but the hotel never communicated in advance about the work being done or the amenities that would not be available. I discovered the situation when I checked in. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not return to the TownePlace Suites with other quality options available.

Very disappointed that this property does not have an airport shuttle as indicated in the listing. I specifically looked for hotels with airport shuttles, only to find out when I arrive and check in that they do not. In addition, the hotel indicated that they have asked numerous times to have that removed from their listing but clearly that has not happened.

After driving all day in a snowstorm we arrived at the hotel and went into a ground floor room which had cockroaches on the wall. They relocated us to the third floor but the cockroach vibe did not go away. The second room had damaged furnishings.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The kitchenette was a really nice feature, the staff were really attentive - great customer service. The room was fairly clean, but there was a lot of grime on the stove, especially the dials, and the oven was filthy. I also had a handful of nasty dust/dirt after I reached under the bed to get something that rolled under. When I looked, it was clear that they dont clean under or behind the beds ever - TONS of dust and yuck under there :( The pool was small, and I wasnt certain about the water. I did not stay in it for more than a few minutes. The courtyard was a really cool feature, breakfast was ok. Next time I travel up here I will probably spend a little more and get a similar room at another hotel, but it was alright. Giving it 4 stars instead of 3 because of the great customer service and super easy check in.

While there are a few issues (elevator button not working properly, leaky ac unit in room) staff replied promptly and moved us to an equivalent room after verifying issue. The elevator is not the property’s fault — I know from personal experience elevator repairs are incredibly backlogged due to the shortage of qualified repairmen and they have set up a workaround that functions well enough when the user follows the instructions. The rooms are clean and very nicely laid out, air quality is excellent, one window opens per room. Local restaurants are good (seriously, try Naan Kabob, within walking distance and incredibly good) and the complimentary breakfast buffet even has lovely outdoor patio seating. This is the first Marriott Courtyard I’ve stayed in with an actual courtyard! (Pro tip: the courtyard can be used as a shortcut to get quickly to the back of the building instead of taking the long way around via the corridors. Use your keycard on the door to the gym and then go out the door to the left that looks out onto the courtyard instead of into the gym). Lots of power outlets, there’s a list of kitchen items you can request the use of from the staff including blenders and rice cookers on the full size fridge, and the desk side table can be moved in front of the pull out couch in the three person room to make a table for eating together. Great space for the price.

This hotel would be a 5 star if it is not the terrible house keeping. We stayed for a total of 8 nights, and we did not get any house keeping for the first 5 nights. Until we requested on the 5th days, we still didn’t get any house keeping the next day, which we explained and requested again, then we get a house keeping service. It is a nice hotel good location, parking etc, but this is the only bummer we had. We would only stay in this hotel if it is an overnight or 2, and may avoid this hotel in longer stay.

Can't believe it's rated excellent on Expedia that is not accurate at all, Don't be fooled like me by the fact that this property is by Marriott or that it had excellent reviews on Expedia, for the high price I paid it can't be compared to the quality of a Marriott or other decent properties with similar price range , it's an ok hotel/suite has a large sized room that can fit a bunch of people with the benefits of a small kitchen, however it's very very dated, poorly cleaned, has a very very small pool with very strong chlorine fumes that HVAC can't seem to air out, the breakfast area is very small and VERY VERY Crowded which turned into a big mess during service, breakfast food is very tasteless with limited options, breakfast area is also used at night for hangout area and due to size and location was extremely noisy, only noticed other Google reviews after I booked where multiple reviewers mentioned bed bugs which got me paranoid and had to check all the mattresses and sofa bed for bed bugs first thing thankfully non seen but made me notice how dirty the place is under the beds and sofa, also found female hairs in the pillows covers and mattresses are old, made me wish I paid a little bit more for a Sheraton 😂 Seriously Marriott needs to update this place soon. Definitely not a great value.

i really enjoyed my stay, but only wrong point is the breakfast service on saturday and sunday, the kitchen was not able to keep the back up rolling, eventhough there are many guest on weekend they should have been aware of this. we waited for bread, for croissants, for bananas, no plates to dish, the waffle machine was broken. you can even loose your appetite. Really the kitchen staff was not organized. They couldn't keep the track or those ladies.
