It's a very old resort. The cleanness is fine. The TV picture quality is terrible. check in was very busy. There're not enough parking for this big resort. Many guests cars were looking for parking at night. During our stay, the resort was out of hot water for my other family's rooms. It wasn't resolved even when we check out. If you are looking for hot spring within the hotel, you can stay. If not, there are better options in the area.

Our experience was great. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful, from the hotel operator, reception, hot springs attendants and wait staff. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. The balcony and Keurig machine made it just that much better. We are Returning next week for a night to use the spa as it had been fully booked when we were there.

I told them my kids had asthma and needed to be away from pets. They put us in the pet area. Musty room smelled like crap. Went back to front desk complained so they up graded to a different level that was way better. But the hotel has really rubbed down over the last 15 years. We’ve always come here each year but always stayed on the east side but this time stayed on the west side and the hotels rugs need replacing and they need more cleaners. Cleaners also need to properly clean rooms found stains on the back of doors where food was thrown and never wiped. Candy under the bed, coffee stains on the mugs from past people who stayed in the room. I feel they get lazy when there trying to get customers into there rooms faster. The hotel also needs to do a full remodel as it’s all worn and outdated. Small things like new furniture and new rugs are a must. Saw a glass in the hall that sat on a table for 16 hrs and never picked up by staff. It’s the little things people always remember. Pools were always great but very busy and the police came arrested a guy in the adult section. Staff at front desk were apologetic. Not sure if I will return again till things get fixed. For what ur paying a night could be way better. I know with a new remodel the rooms would go up in value but I could see spending a bit more than.
