I always stay at the Super 8 but was a bit disappointed this visit. The rooms had only shampoo, no conditioner or body wash, although when asked, the front desk dug up one conditioner. The breakfast had only breads and a couple yogurts. No real protein sources. The gym also had water but no cups, no floor mats and no cloths to sanitize equipment. Everyone was super friendly and the rooms were nice and clean and comfy. The location is good too, next door to Timmy's and Smittys where we ended up for breakfasts.

The rooms were very clean. Check out was quick and easy. Laundry room was handy. View of the field was peaceful. Only negative was the plugs on the lamps were loose so we couldn’t charge our phones. Fridge and microwave were super. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Will stay there again!

Lots of homeless/street people on the side of the building. I met one of them but he was very kind. But we never know who we meet on the way to and from the vehicle. Parking lot is not well lit. Perhaps you should hire a security guard for your premises.

Hotel was nice and quiet and had breakfast included. The hotel is a little tired and needs updating, but the mattresses were relatively new and quite comfortable. The room wasn't as clean as it could be. There was hair in the drawers and the tub that definitely wasn't ours. There was some garbage under the bed left from the last guests. The tub needs replacing in our room, but everything else was great. Quiet, staff was amazing, room had all the amenities we needed and the a/c was great. We'd never have survivied otherwise. The gym was fine and if we needed sonethihgg, it was provided immediately. Perfect for an inexpensive, quiet night. We'd return and it's pet friendly for a much smaller fee than we're accustomed to in Alberta. Recommend.

My stay at super 8 was good, I appreciated the staff. Although one employee seemed very rude, I asked her for some help and she just looked at me with disgust and didn’t even reply back and she just made hand jesters towards another employee, I thought to myself that she was just plain rude or had communication problems, hearing difficulties ? But overall I enjoyed my stay at super 8 😊
