Riotel Bonaventure

What guests think

At Riotel Bonaventure, travelers consistently praise the waterfront setting and sweeping sea views, while feedback on the rooms is mixed, with comfortable beds but spaces that can feel small, dated, or noisy depending on location within the property.

Cleanliness is frequently noted as very good, though several guests reported odors, mold, or missed bathroom details and inconsistent housekeeping. Staff are widely described as friendly and efficient, and the on site Kano restaurant earns positive remarks for tasty dinners, with occasional slow service and a constrained breakfast approach. Pricing is sometimes viewed as high for the room quality. A practical coastal stop for those comfortable with an older property.

However, Monday and Tuesdays very limited in the town for eating options. Make sure to reserve your tables for supper if you want to eat at the restaurant.

Lovely to be next to water and staff were nice. Very overpriced and expected more from a Riotel, it was disappointing in the quality of the room. Cheaply renovated. Mold in bathroom!! 2 star trying to look like a 3 star. The restaurant next door was great and friendly. My room looked like a very cheap motel.
