The room keys did not work, This not a staff issue it was the key reader so all cards did not work not only mine. Other than the hiccup staff were friendly and they are trying hard to please clients! I would stay here again

Stay here if you want no soap in the room, a toilet that will not flush properly, no elevator, more attention to answering the phone at the front desk then serving the counter, in room phones not working. On the positive side counter person was helpful and breakfast was great!

When we checked in, we were told that their key card system for getting into the rooms was down for the past couple of days. So we needed to be let into our rooms by a worker who had a master key. And anytime we left the room we would have to get someone from the front desk to let us back in since the system was down. This was very inconvenient as we were staying there with a group of friends and going back-and-forth between rooms. We also went out in the evening and when you coming back, we had to do the same thing.

The bed was comfortable. Carpet had large stains, only one light bulb was working in the bathroom so a little dark, tv had 5 channels but 3 were frozen sreadfast and the others froze intermittently. Room key wouldn't work on outside doors so needed to enter through main entrance. Staff were friendly especizlly housekeeping as she had to let us in the back dood when our key wouldn't work. The key worked fine for the room.

Location was good. There’s no elevator so if you have heavy luggage ask for a room on the main floor. Quiet, we were located at the far end of the hotel block. Room was comfortable but some of the lights needed replacing as they were a bit dull. The bed was firm and fairly comfortable. The shower could use some safety rails or grab bars. Breakfast was the typical fare, waffle maker, eggs, sausages. Not great but filling and included!

Could be much better with little effort from management. 1- cleaning the tiles in the shower and removing the mold, then re caulking. 2- Breakfast included? No milk. No butter. No yogart. Garbage can pretty much in the entrance 35 ft. away. 3 major grocery stores within a 1/4 km.

Had to get three different keys to try to open my door with me walking back and forth each time. Carpets are stained. Staff milling about everywhere for no apparent reason. Equipment left everywhere in the hallways. Towels etc left dropped on the floor of the main hallway. Worst of all the smell of my room! It hit you as soon as you opened the door each time you entered. Strong mildew smell from where my bathroom had obviously been cleaned with dirty water. If it weren't for the last point, I would have said nothing but future guests have to know! I have stayed in about 9 hotels in the last two months. Not one of them was as bad as this place. The physical space could be great if were just kept up. The location is fine if you are driving but about 30 minute walk from the downtown. There were nice staff at the front desk.

Hire someone to work at large volume times - ie check in 4pm to 7pm. Longest check in time ever 45 mins. Unacceptable. One guy at the desk and 7 people lined up to check in at 5:30. Totally unacceptable - and cheapness reflected in ownership.

We had to wait three hours to check in because there were no rooms available until 6pm. By then there was a large lineup of 6+ families ahead of us. Our room was damp and smelled mouldy. The shower was dingy, with red mould between tiles. The bedding smelled like cigarette smoke (we are non-smoking) and I’m pretty sure we were given double beds, not the queen beds we paid for. None of the electrical outlets in the room worked and the hair dryer was broken. I was there for business and couldn’t charge any of my electronics, but I thankfully had power banks on hand. The dog next door barked constantly and the rooms were overall very noisy. Breakfast was awful, barely any food and it certainly wasn’t hot. The scrambled eggs looked like the powdered stuff from a pouch. Overall the hotel was very dirty and gross. Way over priced and the service was horrible. I asked for a late checkout since we couldn’t check in for over 3 hours and was told no because they were full the next day. Every issue they kept telling us to come back when the manager was there… yet there never was a manager during our stay.

The room and everything is good. The Breakfast cooks are failed sanitation. I am a red sealed chef in Canada. I saw the milk two Jars were not washed and old milk few days should be. The mouth of two jars were layers by layers brown colour. That is disgusting. I told them to clean and they did after that. That cook name is OUSSAMA. The reason this could be happened management of the breakfast fail. Please tell them to respect the sanitation. We are not pigs to drink that milk.
