Easy & efficient shuttle to airport, running every 30 minutes.

Elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. Tv didnt work and called for service but no one came to fix it. We were offered free parking for the trouble of carrying all the luggages to 4TH FLOOR!! Horrible!!

Great shuttle

We should have been forewarned that the elevator was not working. The staff told me it had not been operational for quite sometime. We are 70 years old and had 8 bags, 5 of them very heavy and had to take them to the room, being we had no car. The staff did help us or it would have been much worse. Someone should have called us or flagged the website prior to the reservation.

The hotel was pretty clean. We stayed here for the shuttle service to and from the airport. This service is a bit cumbersome. I called and was told to go to the pick up spot. I went there, but had to wait almost 45 minutes. It’s an eight minute drive to the hotel. When I called back to doublecheck to make sure someone’s coming, no one would answer the phone.

I wish the pool deck was open.

Great place to stay! Downtown was just too expensive so this worked out great! The free shuttle picked us up at the airport and also had a list of places they’d take us to such as the light rail and local restaurants. We took the light rail to downtown for a concert. I’d definitely stay here again. The variety of breakfast items was the best I’ve ever seen.

Yes. Ice machine and one elevator still out of order after two weeks

The only issue we had was not having the shuttle running in the middle of the night (from the airport). We took a short taxi to the hotel.

The check in and out process was smooth and every employee I interacted with was great. The only issue was cleanliness of our room. We had mold in our bathroom and there was some staining on our pillows and random hairs in the bathroom. I liked how close it was to the airport.

They attempted to over charge me for parking, they doubled charged our other vehicle parking and the rooms were wildly infested with multiple hundreds of bed bugs we found after capturing the first 2

This is a renovated hotel however the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Very firm and you can feel the springs. I asked for a topper but they had nothing. I took the bedding off and noticed horrible stains on the sheets and mattress. There is an awful odor in the hotel which smells like bad air freshener and cleaning supplies. It seems like they are trying to cover up a smell. The breakfast is decent and the staff are very nice. The pool is freezing cold even in the summer, so basically useless. My 8 year couldn’t even handle it. The rooms are very small. I would recommend staying at a different hotel in the area.

Not particularly well maintained. Carpets in hall were were badly worn and looked dirty. The bed was uncomfortable.

Very noisy - either we had crappy people all down the hotel hallway, or you can hear every single time someone opens and closes their hotel door and walks down the hall

I was a little disappointed with the fact the room didn't have a iron and ironing board. The room didn't have a closet and hangers. Everything else was good.

Ok hotel with very small beds.

Very nice hotel, with lovely landscaping. The light rail is right next door. The room was nice, and stylishly appointed, although that sliding barn door on the bathroom is just WEIRD. However, the huge shower was fabulous and the free toiletries were some of the best I've ever seen. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a bonus. Airport shuttle really convenient. I'd stay again!

the room was ok but the AC didn’t work. maintenance had to come twice. i asked to just change rooms because I had an early flight and want to just go to sleep. ice machine on floor didn’t work. my floor didn’t work

Good location - close to airport, good shuttle service. Room was clean but exceptionally ridiculously designed. No closet, not a single place to hang anything. Design of bathroom is poor - barn door style doors should never be used on bathrooms. Will look for an alternative on our next trip SeaTac.

Shuttle was easy. Driver was nice. Hotel bed was “springy” and very loud every time you moved during the night. The curtain didn’t cover the full window so we had a bright security light shining in our room all night. I expected more from a Hilton partner.

The staff were professional. The rooms were clean. The big problem was that the wifi was terrible. I couldn’t send or receive calls and very few of the tv channels worked

Staff was good, but room was not. 1st room we were assigned had a pungent smell (a cross between dog shampoo & musty basement) & the thermostat/AC/Heater was dead. Front desk sent maintenance man who tried to fix but needed more time so he kindly went back to front desk for new key to another room & had that heat on for us as I entered. Unfortunately that heat did not last and it blew out COLD air the rest of the night, off & on (mostly ON), but we were so exhausted after a week of travel & already in pajamas that we didn’t want to call the lobby again & have to put clothes on for maintenance guy to return or pack up again to move rooms again so we just slept in sweatshirts & stayed under the blanket. Attempting a couple times throughout the night to get up & try to turn thermostat to Off again. The switch to a digital dial where you can’t control the Fan & heat independently was a horrible option for guests! Quality of the building overall showed its age & drastically different from the Hampton Inn & SUITES we stayed at in the vicinity a few days prior. We’ll return to the suites location in the future, but never again would we stay at this location or any of the Inns. It was a miserable night. BUT it was very clean! Kudos to the housekeeping staff & sweet maintenance guy!! And Rafa at the front desk really helped us locate the shuttle service pick-up location from the airport & sent maintenance quickly when we called & he texted a follow up before that 2nd heater went cold.

Quality service staff was very accommodating.

The staff at checking was rude and not welcoming at all. I actually wanted to leave after checkin. This is not how you treat paying customers. Person at front desk was impolite, seemed angry, did not explain what she was doing or where breakfast or our room was. Very disappointing!

The lady who checked us in (I believe it was Tian) was rude and seemed very unhappy to be at work. She was on her phone leaning against the counter when we arrived and did not greet us. When I returned to ask for a shampoo refill for our room, she was nowhere to be seen and the bus driver came and helped me. The hotel is very clean and a bit noisy, but our check in experience with Tian was plainly unprofessional. They also charge for parking, so I do recommend the Hampton down the road over this one.

They let us check in super early as out flight arrived in the morning. Scheduled a shuttle for our return to the airport. Good breakfast. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean, quiet. Very nice stay. Super friendly front desk. Great job all around

It took them 30 mins to just check in as a late arrival. I called twice to confirm my reservation and no one answered. Once I came in person to the front desk, they denied my reservation even existed the first 10 minutes. Please train your staff more

Not so good. Called twice for shuttle. Waited 40 minutes. Front counter lady was not very friendly and room carpet was stained and room was small—not the suite I remembered from last time. And it was pricey for what we got.

Rear of the hotel butts up against the seattle airport .... departure sounds all night long. A bit off the beaten path in terms of location.

The location is perfect for one night and back to the airport the next morning. Not a lot of close restaurants near the hotel.

Great location for a day in Seattle using the light rail from nearby Angle Lake station and returning rental car to airport. Buffet breakfast was more than I expected and was really good. Noise from airport was not intrusive.

We stayed one night there to be near the airport next day. The room was very satisfactory for that. Breakfast was good. The property appeared somewhat older and we presumed it had been acquired by Hampton and name changed accordingly. It did not have that extra ambience and sparkle which we have come to expect from Hampton properties, but was adequate for our one night stay. There is no convenient shopping or dining nearby other than a 7-11 and Taco Bell.

I like to stay at this hotel because it is convenient to get to the airport and a walkable distance to get to the light rail in case I want to go into Seattle

Property is beautifully landscaped but it's an airport hotel so it's loud and the community is sketchy. The air conditioner was very loud.

Convenient to SeaTac.

It is an airport property, so make sure you do not mind the sounds of airplanes until late into the evening.

Staff was kind and the airport shuttle was great. My TV was broken for my entire stay. The cable was frayed and the maintenence person's "fix" was to plug it into the tv and not also into the wall. (Because it was broken.) Staff offered to move my room, but it was midnight when I got back and I was tired so I declined. The room around the TV area was dirty and dusty. The rest of the room was fine. Breakfast was tiny and consistently ran out of the main items. Overall the stay was good. Just some minor issues.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had starting at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed as this was not up to Hampton Inn standards. Public areas looked very tired. Breakfast area was too small. Breakfast was sad: fresh fruit didn’t look or taste fresh, cheese egg omelettes were VERY brown, as in overdone, disappointing offerings. Shuttle service was late. Not a great area for locating a restaurant.

Breakfast was ok. The waffle machine was broken, eggs were aweful. The shuttle was difficult to negotiate for my elderly father.

Parking was feet away from side door, elevator and room. Plenty of room for luggage. Big clean bathrooms. Breakfast was decent since it was free. Cut off was early and ran out of items even earlier. Everything else was so perfect it was easy to overlook.
