Nice property. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would be nice to have a robe(s) and slippers in the room. Nice spa and gaming area. Games are a little outdated but were fun. Hot tub needs to be cleaned regularly. Water was dark and murky. Pool was clean. Pleasant breakfast area. Decent selection of food. Would be nice to see a few more pastry items, such as croissants and muffins. Staff are efficient and friendly.

The breakfast buffet food was inedible. The breads were stale, the meat was over cooked, the eggs were tasteless, no cream on the coffee bar. The front desk staff are untrained and do not always tell the truth. When we arrived, we asked if we could plug in our EV in the garage and the front desk clerk informed us their were charging stations located in the parking garage. That was a lie; there are no EV charging locations on this property. Our door lock and key had multiple issues. There were bags of garbage left in the hallway for several days which made it smell. And we left a day early. The manager refused to refund us for one night’s stay; we should have received $260 back. I would not recommend this property.

From check in to check out, our stay was outstanding. Our host at check in made it very easy to get settled, signed me up for Marriott rewards and offered me late check out for signing up. Our room was comfortable, amenable and convenient. It had a great view from the balcony of the lake . The pool area was clean and comfortable. Overall our entire stay was amazing and I I will d to friends and family in the future.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You could see the effort that they were putting into keeping the lobby and common areas clean and inviting. I would recommend this establishment to any friends and family who were traveling with pets and children. The pool area and game room were also really fun.

Everything for the most part is great. Staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean…pool and hot tub are a little questionable - the water is very murky. The worst experience is finding a parking space in their garage (the cost is 41+tax per overnight). It was awful looking for a parking spot to squeeze into. Once we did get into a space, there was maybe a foot clearance for our doors, we had to squeeze out of our car. It was terrible and especially considering the cost for parking.

This place was amazing for the price. The breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and the kids play area was a nice feature. Only two problems I had were the hot tub jets didn’t work and one night when we got back, there wasn’t any parking in the garage. The front desk let us park right in front in the “check in” parking. I was appreciative of that but it felt a little unsafe to leave my car out in the open like that

The room was dirty and smelled. The ice machine did not work. We were traveling with our infant and asked for a crib and received an old broken play pen. We booked a Lake View room and there was no view of the lake when we asked to move room the manager yelled at us and said that there was a view even if we can barely see it and that if we want to move rooms we need to get our stuff out but they don’t know when another room will be ready.

Smoke detector keeps turning on even in middle of the night till morning.So annoying even after the technician change the batteries, we didn’t have a good sleep. Slow wifi and you need to lift the sink drain plug so it will drain properly. Paid in advance the for lake view reservation and yet we didn’t get it. So expensive to stays there and it’s not worth it. nobody clean up our rooms the next morning! Really???

The rooms were mostly clean . Definitely could use a little more attention to detail . Hair in shower . Shampoo in shower caddy missing . Did not service room on a multi night stay . Asked for 4 towels and rollaway on site when booked . Called the morning of to verify and when checked in none of it had been taken care of . Fabulous Breakfast , great parking and easy access to sites walking and with public transportation .

We were staying at this location for a trip to space needle. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness, we had hair in our shower, bathroom looked dirty. When we complained at the front desk, the lady working at counter stated “what do you want me to do”. It was bad enough that we checked out one day earlier. I have stayed at many Marriott locations/brands, but this is the first time I was disappointed. The pictures on the Expedia site is not what you walk into. Hotel is rundown, and not to Marriott standard. I can look past lot of things but cleanliness is something I expect to be great. Was supposed to be a family mini vacation for us but we were disappointed and lost money for a entire night.

The room I got seemed dated and I was next to a noisy street. The breakfast was good. I asked for cribs and they were brought right away. Parking is tight and limited but it was close the the hotel and no issues getting in and out of.

I liked that it was literally across from the city fireworks. The complementary breakfast was amazing. The room was huge. It had all the comfort of home. It was very walkable, easy access to public transportation and close to downtown, shopping and space needle. What I didn’t like was paying $41 a night for parking and that the spaces were so small two full size cars could barely fit next to each other. Most had to take two spaces to enter and exit their vehicles easily. That however seems to be a Seattle thing because with few exceptions, all parking lots were the same.

The room was comfortable for our family of 4. I was not a fan of the sofa bed , as the mattress was not very comfortable. The cleanliness could have been better. We ended up finding someone’s Pringle snacks in the cupboard and a pair of crocs under the bed. It reminds me of a little studio apartment. We end up having to pay for parking , which was about $40/night.

The street noise made it difficult to sleep. Busses were parked directly below the window and remained running. People also were standing outside under the windows smoking cigarettes and talking. Choose the lakefront side or higher up. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Hotel was good, clean, well run, etc, so no complaints about any of that. Bed was a bit "tired", and though the room was spacious, bathroom was cramped. Main reason for booking here was access to hot tub. Unfortunately, though it was functional, jets didn’t really work. All in all, solid 8 out of 10.

Loved the whole experience. The hotel is situated on the out skirt of downtown Seattle but close to the Metro. We did not have any issues with parking nor getting around the city. The room was spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

There was an avoidable mixup with the front desk. I presented my ID and said the room was under my name. The clerk fixated on my boyfriend's different last name instead. She put us into a reservation of a guest with very similar name. They then locked us out of our room and said we disnt have reservations which we did. They tiok my boyfriends daughter ID who was there as our guest!!! Wven after the manager said to the clerk to return us to our room she kept it up. The manager finally said she told you over and over the reservation was under her name, just look up her name. It was embarassing for everyone in our group. The breakfast and accommodations were great though. They comped our parking but that didnt feel like enough. but this put a da.perwequname.

We stayed at this hotel last summer and had a wonderful time. This stay was different. The staff other than the lovely lady at the front desk seem unmotivated and unwelcoming.The breakfast area was dirty each morning, the cutlery ran out and the counters around the food were filthy. It was far less busy than July when we stayed 5 days. This is not what we experienced last summer. The breakfast choices were less and uninteresting. No brown bread or muffins. Though we had a good view of the lake from our room the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on to watch tv. The electric charging stations are not monitored. A car was parked across two spots for two days and was not charging. This summer when we come down we will probably stay somewhere else. We are Bonvoy members and this is not what we experience at other locations.

The staff was excellent and truly made myself and my family feel like royalty. Our rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay even with 6 adults in the room. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfast had so much variety and the kitchen staff made sure everything was clean and well stock.

Our experience was fantastic! Linuh was amazing, and the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. We stayed for a couple of days before setting off on our cruise, and it was the perfect start to our trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting—Seattle is amazing!

Another negative is that you need to pay $51.19 per day for parking in addition to hotel costs. You can “park out on the street” instead of in their parking garage, but that costs too.

I took a chance with location for our sight seeing but more that would be closer to the Waterways dinner cruise that we had booked -it turned out to be a 2 minute walk!!! Perfect location!!! The cleanliness of the grounds, the area was safe for us to walk back to the hotel, friendly staff !!

Loved the location, had an appointment at Fred hutch so it was great. The area around the hotel is really nice and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also loved that it was right next to lake union. Only complaint was the pull out couch in the room was horribly uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it. But aside from that the stay was good. Would definitely choose this place again.

The hotel is nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. We had a nice view of Lake Union and could watch the seaplanes take off. The hotel is a short walk from restaurants and very close to bus and trolley stops for transportation.

The hotel is located in the business district. It has great access to the I-5 freeway. It's on the older side. Elevator button is falling off, pool temperature is a bit on the cool side and floors are beginning to look worn out. We rented the 2 bedroom suite. Size wise it is perfect for a family of 6. One bathroom has a temperature block on the shower/tub to prevent kids from getting burned. The bathtub in the king room had hair in the drain. Otherwise it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking is a problem for trucks with a canopy.

This is a convenient place to stay for a person who is in and out. The We were on vacation and never up in time to take advantage of the free breakfast which is over at 9am. This is a bummer because i booked here for that reason however it was never stated that it was a buffet with an end time. We also booked here for the indoor pool which was murky and we were afraid to go in it. The pictures on the website did not match. Also the cafe/bar is limited hours (also not mentioned) and the first 2 days we were there it was closed. Also a bummer bc we have kids who need access to food at all hours lol. The staff is excellent. You can order delivery take out food which is convenient and you can walk to places. There is parking which is also a bonus. I feel had i been able to read all the details about room service hours and and breakfast hours i would have not booked. These were number ones for us. If that doesn't matter to you than you will love staying here.

Great hotel! Not happy that I had to pay $97.32 to park my car at the hotel during our stay. I will be mindful the next time I book that I read the small print. The hotel is clean, staff VERY friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had great tasting hot food and there was something for everyone. The fitness center was clean and had plenty of updated equipment to use. Our only complaint was that the Hot tub was not “hot”.
