Pool was closed which was disappointing, and the breakfast options were slim. I wasn’t expecting much but there was not even fruit, cereal, or bagels which is typically available at every continental breakfast. Overall the room was nice enough. We were out and about most of the day and just needed some place to sleep. It appeared to have undergone recent renovations.

The property is conveniently located off I-40. The rate is very reasonable. Given the reasonable rate, they even provide simple breakfast. Room is clean with fridge and microwave. Good place to stay for the night after long car drive. Enter room from outside . Plenty of parking spaces. Only drawback is they did not provide clothing hangers.

This property advertises as a Wyndham then you pull up to a days inn. It advertises a pool that’s open through September but doesn’t say it closes at 8 so it won’t be open if you’re arriving for the evening. It also says breakfast which honestly consists of coffee and individually wrapped rice crispy treats from a kellogs box or nature valley bars also from a box. No actual food. The shower also didn’t work it wouldn’t form any seal to start pressure for a shower so that was frustrating but also only lukewarm water for a bath. Also says check in online for faster service but then the clerk said that didn’t matter you still have to redo it on paper at the front desk while your family sits out in the car waiting so that was pointless. Also the tv turned on but the remote did not change the channel. Just overall disappointing in every way.

Black hairs in bathroom. Were light haired. Black dirt on floors had to keep shoes on. Big burn holes in blanket and duvet had to remove and throw off bed did not appear to have been made up correctly

It was horrible. This was supposed to be a lil romantic getaway for a night. It was just terrible. First there was nothing said said about a security deposit. That didn't take my card luckily I had cash. Got checked in. Go out in town come back get ready for bed and find bed bugs. He made a remark about us not saying anything about them when we first got there. Will we did go to bed till later so how did I know I was jumping in a bed with bugs till I go to bed. That moved us to a nother room. With in 20 minutes I use the bathroom and the toilet started overflowing called a gen and he bring a plunger. And left didn't look at it nothing. I ask for more towels because we had to use the towels that was in the room to clean all the water up which was quite a bit because we couldn't get the toilet to stop over flowing. He would not bring any more towels. No now with the other room have bed bugs. We can't shower or use the bathroom. This place was horrible.

Fantastic! Super clean. Very quiet. Great location. We will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for us. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 9 nights while attending family gatherings in Cookeville. It was reasonably priced and perfect. Great sleep every night. Definitely stay here- it is great!

The room smelled worse than any moldy basement I have ever been in. I only stayed because it was 1am and needed to be up and back on the road in a few hours. My wife had an asthma attack and, in the morning, my throat was sore and raspy. We both had severe headaches. In addition, the couch had a giant stain and the bedsheets were clean but stained.

It was a nice room. The bed was super comfortable. The room was hot when we first got there bc the air conditioner was off. We turned it on and left for like an hour, and it was cooler in the room upon us getting back. The wifi was garbage though.

I am very disappointed that I paid for a suite with jetted tub and it DIDN'T EVEN WORK!! 1st I couldn't even fill it up with the faucet because only the shower part would work but it wouldn't have mattered if it had because the jets don't even have a way to turn on!!!!!

We decide to stay there because it advertised breakfast. There was no coffee pot in our room. When we call down for coffee pot we were told there was coffee in the lobby with breakfast. We got out there and I have never seen such a small variety of muffins. I asked the clerk if there was toast or bagels or cereal and he just stated no. They are still in post COVID response. It is like they're using that so they don't have to provide a decent breakfast. Our room was okay. A little dated but okay.

Well first thing was soon as I walked into the room the floor was cracking and breaking. There was an old blood stain middle of fitted sheet. And the bathtub didn't work. Guess you get what you pay for even tho this place was actually alil more expensive than a couple other ones I viewed online

I reserved online and when I went in to pay at the office, they said they couldn't take my Chime Visa card. Told him i reserved it with that card. He told me to go to the gas station to pull the money off and also a $100 deposit fee was added to it when, no where online it said it. Once i came back, I looked on their door and it said the door said they take the following: apple pay, google, visa, master card ect. Because I payed in cash, the guy gave me a receipt slip that I must bring back to them at check out to get my deposit back. (So if I lose that paper or forget to say something, they would have pocketed it) Once completed, we went to our room, which was on the 2nd floor (and they had no elevator, but plenty of plant boxs on the 2nd floor with growing stuff all in them) we walked in and heard running water noise. The tolite was running. We called down stairs and the guy said he would come and check it out. No one came to look at it. We kept the tv to drown out the water noise so we could sleep and not want to pee through out the night. We called corp. and complained about our stay and they said they would turn a ticket it and we would hear back within 10 days. When it was time to leave, I went down and reminded them about the tolite. Before I could get my $100 deposit back, they had to go check the room to make sure it was intacted. Overall this was a bad experience and we do not plan on staying there again nor book with Days Inn by Wydham.

I have a service dog with me for my son. It is against Tennessee law to ask for documentation or circumstances regarding the service animal. I made them aware of this and they insisted. In fact they called a manager and did not budge. They have broken state law by doing this. To top things off they charged me for the animal.

The owner and employees are very, very friendly and helpful and I were available 24 seven. If you have a problem or if anything is not right, you can go to them and they will take care of it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming in this area.

My granddaughter and I spent 4 days 3 nights at Days Inn. We had the best time the staff are super friendly and Mike Patell was so amazing I needed a ground floor and requested it to be across from the pool and he made it happen I'm so thankful. The pool was wonderful and very clean, lol just wish the weather had of been better. I've never had a hotel bed this comfortable was I could of brought it home with me. The grab and go breakfast was not what I expected but considering the room rate the fact that they put out anything is amazing. Room was very clean, a/c was amazingly cool, water pressure was super. Mike and his family have owned this inn for around a year and have really made a lot of wonderful changes and are remodeling it as they can. I read the reviews after I stayed there actually some of the reviews would have made me not stay so I'm glad I didn't read them first. Most of the reviews are from way before the new owners, and they have really made a difference. My granddaughter and I felt very safe and well taken care of. They try not to book you right next to another guest if they can help it so you have a lot of privacy. Thank you Mike for a very memorable stay I will definitely stay here again your in a perfect location in the center of everything. I highly recommend this Inn to anyone needing to stay awhile. If you have any issues please let them know right away and I'm sure they will take care of them. Thank you to the Patel family P.S. your baby is adorable.

Comfortable bed. Saying you provide breakfast is a bit misleading when all you have is a choice of a rice krispie treat, granola bar, tiny fruit prepackaged fruit cup. I think it would be better to say you provide a couple of grab and go snack items for people to take or eat there.

In the site it syated that there was s continental breakfast. It was no where near that Not wven close to it. Extremely far off. The over very small hrab and go muffins and oak mail bars with coffee one day. One day to it was hard almaor stale mini donutes wotj those amae bars and coffee.

Someone please tell me why they advertise as having breakfast? If I could attach pictures I would. The sign that was by the granola bars reads, "Our breakfast offerings have been updated". The beverage machine was out of orange juice & apple juice. The options were water or cranberry juice!

The place was in good shape, good room, comfy beds, quiet and easy to park our truck and it felt safe. The breakfast that they say is included is a waste and obviously cheap and not well thought about. Just ditch it and don't bother offering it at all.
