The air in the room barely worked and hardly blew out cool air. The shower water did not get very hot and when it did get somewhat hot it took forever to do so. The pool was green and dirty. The lighting at night in the pool patio area is awful and the pool is not lit up at all making it dangerous to swim at dark. The pool was also freezing.

This hotel is in need of updates (e.g. bathrooms and linens are well worn). We stay at this place because it is convenient and allows pets for a reasonable fee. Tesla chargers always seem to have ICE cars parked in them. I wouldn't use them even if available, though I used to use them, as they have recently started charging $15/hour to use them. This price is ridiculous given that it would provide a full charge on a Tesla Superchager in about 20 minutes but would take 8 hours on the level III charger at the hotel.

This property is showing wear and tear - I've stayed here many times. Dirty boot tracks for three days in the main hallway, my unit smelled musty, the coffee pot outlet didn't work and I had to move it, the microwave was sitting on the desk which means I had to move the microwave to use the desk... The beds are still good and that's what matters most to me, but it still felt dirty.

There were wires and drop cords running all under our bed out of the wall as you can see in the pics are pillows were yellow and sweat so bad they were on the floor our whole stay , also door lock ripped out of the wall. In my opinion there’s not much I have positive to say about La Quinta. Also reported these issues to the manager. She said come back Monday while they had maintenance and they would fix it after we left, what a joke.

I have already submitted a complaint to Expedia this morning. This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures and the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I was moved out of a room that was obviously not cleaned in FOREVER, to a room that was just as nasty. I doubt they have people that clean the rooms. We left after the 2nd room, as i was not going to play mary-go-round with the nasty rooms. I took multiple pictures and submitted to Expedia. I have also asked for my money back as I didn't stay there, at no fault of mine, and do not think I should have to pay.

It was ok. Improvements: The floor hadn’t been mopped in my room. The sheets had “pills” from being used and needed to be changed out to new ones. The bed covers were stained. I found a cat’s claw in the bathroom on the vanity. And the whole room reeked of fabuloso like it was poured to make it seem cleaner than it was. And the road was under construction (I know that isn’t the hotel’s fault but a heads up would have been appreciated). Positives: The staff were very pleasant. Ample parking and space. Bed was comfortable.

The property smelled musty when we walked in. When I used the restroom on the first floor, there was black mold on the ceiling and all of the air vents had a lot of dust and dirt in them and on the wall surrounding it. Might not be a good place to stay if you have asthma.

Very unclean. Floors visibly needed to be mopped. My daughter found someone’s dirty bra in the hideabed where she was sleeping. Breakfast was a horrible. Undercooked meat. Pastries never refreshed. I had to help a housekeeper look for plates. We spent extra to have a nicer place than last time we were in town and it was half the price but we were sorely disappointed

As soon as we entered the property it immediately smelled of weed, we still took our room key and hoped it would get better. Once we got up to our room on the 2nd floor, the smell got worse, and roaches ran everywhere when we turned the light on. There was also dog food in the floor as if the room hadn't been cleaned.

Was on the second floor and whenever the floor above us walked or moved at all the ceiling in our room crackled and snapped like it was going to fall in. Got zero sleep. So bad we checked out after the first night and went to a different hotel. Other guests complained about the same issue. Do not recommend staying at this location. Have stayed at other LaQuinta locations with no issues. This one was BAD. Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep.

We stayed one night. Staff was friendly and great! Main area was clean and updated. However, most of our outlets in the room did not work. The bathtub appliances were silicone caulked together and didn’t work well. Bed was hard, and the sheets were old! Pilling on the sheets made them scratchy. Pillows are clumpy and flat. It needs a refurb badly. I would not stay again, we are looking for a new hotel for tonight.

We have stayed here before but silly me saw the pictures on line and thought they got a face lift. Carpet coming apart, the room is tired and needs a face lift and new mattress. Staff is friendly, but it is hard to get out of the hotel and if you stay on the bottom floor expect to get woken up but the people above you. Sounds like trampliing elephants. Next time I will spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

This property is very convenient and has a lot of nearby dining options off of I-40. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is biscuits & gravy, some cereals, some muffins, oatmeal, a small selection of yogurt, and a waffle maker, as well as a juice machine and coffee. It was pretty good. The staff is friendly and everything is maintained quite well. The only issue here is the Wifi, which was quite weak. During our stay, I could only muster a 2.6 MB download and a 8.6 MB upload speed.....so if you require a strong and reliable Wifi during your stay, I wouldn't recommend this location, but otherwise it is fine.

Our arrival to the property was fine even there was construction. The lobby scent is undeniably off and smells like pine sol. The area is clean and modern. Love the waterfall posted! Our rooms were available early! But our checkin was slow because it was her second day. I swiped my card three times. Check in especially when we paid through a third party vendor should be a quick win. Then, the receipt for incidentals show $80 instead of $0. The manager came to support and was very apologetic. We get to our room and it looks good. The bathroom is big. It turns out it wasn’t cleaned well. Food in the fridge and beer in the garbage can so hopefully the bedding was changed. I called the front office to report it, but no one came. We were so tired, we fell asleep. The morning staff was kind and offered help. Breakfast was good. The waffle maker is always a win. I love the sugar free syrup option. Overall, they needed to sweat the small stuff to better improve the experience. Just good.

Rooms are clean the only problem was I spoke to a couple of staff to clean the room and neither one of them took care my request. After staying there for 4 days. We ran out of toilet paper, tissue and I had to asked for extra face towel. I have to commend I think her name is Monique she took our 1 night free. And she offer to clean the room our last night. Very very nice lady. Kudos to her.

Rachel checked me in and she was there when we checked out. She even contact me after check in to see if my room was to my liking. Room was clean comfortable. I enjoyed the my bath with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Bedding was the best. Thank you!

We stayed here for work. The place looks like it was recently renovated. Very clean, kind staff, good breakfast. It was easy to get to, there are like 20 or more restaurants within a mile of the hotel, and it is about an 1/8th mile off 40. Would defiantly stay here to visit the area too! Great price for somewhere to sleep, since most of the time in this area you are out all day anyway.

The shower was amazing. great water pressure and the dove shampoo and conditioner smelled good. just 2 things that could improve. breakfast needs more gluten free options. maybe a rice based cereal and eggs. and the ice machine on the second floor was out of order. other than that i fully recommend this place.

We stayed in a suite. Very nice clean room. Bed was comfortable. The inside of the property is well maintained. Negatives: hot water was an issue. Our TV remote would not work therefore the TV was useless. The front desk changed the batteries in it but it did not fix the problem. The free breakfast was terrible.

To be real honest, all was wonderful until we were eating breakfast and DOGS (not service dogs) (small and very very huge) were coming into the eating area and even some staff were handling the dogs and not washing their hands before going back into the area where they would get more food for the meal. Therefore even tho we love the hotel, we would never stay there again because of that.

My stay was quite comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that their juice machine at breakfast was "Out of Order" all three days that I was there. They didn't provide an alternative. They could have placed individual juice containers in the fridge or even have several large flask with different juices such as apple juice and orange juice. They seemed pretty content that the juice machine wasn't working and did nothing to compensate for it.

Overall the property was good. Breakfast only had biscuits and gravy waffles no butter or reg syrup and cereal. That’s what you get for free. Checked in no one said what time they were serving breakfast, where the elevator was , where to find the WiFi password or which way to go to the room. If you find a better choice go there. Night shift gentlemen and day shift woman very friendly.
