The stay here is always a great one. Unfortunately their system was down and you could not access the gym, side door, or gym without a staff member opening the doors for you. That was a huge inconvenience. Other than that, the stay was good.

Breakfast was great! Great choices & they continued to offer us things even after they were officially done serving it. The hot tub was down, but the pool was INCREDIBLE! They stayed up on keeping pool towels on all the empty chairs! We were not able to make it by check in time, I called & talked to someone she said she'd leave a note & it wouldn't be a problem & it wasnt at all! The check in lady was SUPER nice, very friendly & asked me multiple times if i needed anything at all & multiple times said to call down if we needed anything! She explained everything thoroughly! (We didn't make it there til 4A super nice lady) There was like 3 or 4 places to eat within walking distance. A couple little shops within walking distance! I honestly didn't want to leave! Definitely want to go back!! The room was SUPER clean, instead of a sofa bed it was a trundle bed! The shampoo & conditioner was great! Full size bottles in the shower. Beds were super comfortable, extra bedding & blankets! Housekeeping came around (I noticed skme hotels said only available if requested) the housekeeper was so nice too. She didn't speak English but knew enuf to communicate with me & was just very kind! I honestly cant say enuf great things about our stay!! The hallways were well lit, smelled good, no carpet stains! This is a great hotel & the cheapest i could find! I wouldnt recommend staying anywhere BUT HERE!!!

The pool was filthy! Huge hair clumps in the pool. Bandaids in and out of the pool. The hot tub bubbles had what looked like skin floating in it. Garbage around the pool including empty alcohol bottles.

This hotel was fine in every respect. The parking was fine, the room was fine, comfy and clean. Breakfast was fine. The staff were very nice. Parking was easy. It was about 20 minutes into town, less to the R&R Hall of Fame.

Room was in good shape but there was a little bit of mold in bathroom. Nothing an attentive scrubbing wouldn’t fix. Be advised at check-in they wouldn’t take the card I intended to use because it had my husband’s name on it rather than mine. They still want a card for “incidentals” even though there’s nothing you can charge to the room so that’s a bit silly. Overall we’d stay again. Pretty good breakfast provided, beds comfy.

Front desk staff were friendly and checked me in and out quickly. The bed, bathroom, couch, and floors all looked very clean. I have a hard time feeling clean in a hotel room if I see even one hair in the bed, tub, etc. I didnt see anything in the room that made me feel like it hadn't been cleaned well enough.

Was in Cleveland area for Cleveland Clinic and needed two nights. The shower had sop scum that needed to be cleaned and the couch was very dirty. The heater in our room smelled like something was burning, so we couldn’t use it. The high temperature was 66 for two days. They offered to switch rooms, but I was too sick to move. Very frustrated that the room was rented to us in the first place.

We had to change rooms due to issues immediately after checking in because of issues with a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush, and then we had to get maintenance sent to the new room after the toilet stopped flushing after the second time. Both toilet and tub had extensive mildew spots. The heating and cooling in the room was very temperamental — either way too cold or warm. The cleanliness and the property overall were okay. Property was nice, room was nice and clean, spacious for 5 people. We had to switch the room for our second night as we stayed right by elevator and it was super loud-this place is supposedly to go place for wedding stays- people were getting back to their rooms late and loud. But the second room we had for second night was very quiet. Breakfast in the am was great. Kids used pool. Overall nice place in quiet and safe neighborhood.

Friendly staff. Large room. Sitting area, kitchenette w/coffee maker (not Keurig), coffee packs, tea bags, paper cups, & packets with sugar, powdered creamer, and stirer. Ice bucket, glasses, microwave and a mini fridge (you have to turn on). Bedroom was separated from that area by a half wall. Tv was set in the middle and swiveled, so could be watched from either area. Large bathroom. Clean room. We noticed one side of the drapes coming out of the ceiling. We didn't move them & they didn't fall, so non-issue. Large shower. Soft water, with easy to adjust temp. Couch had a pull out bed AND a trundle bed. Great for a small family. Upon exiting the elevator (rough stop), we'd noticed a sign that said ice & vending. There was an ice machine, but no vending. (2nd floor.) Tv channel options were limited. Pillows and bedding were typically thin. My husband found an extra set of bedding in the closet (for the pull out) and used a pillow and blanket from that set. Breakfast started at 7. Options were oatmeal with toppings, blueberry & English muffins, bagels, toast, mini pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, milk, cold cereal and yogurt. Our only issue was that a staff member was holding up the line while refilling the breads (not empty & not using FIFO. She could have waited until the line cleared (about 5 minutes) or until something ran out. There is no outside smoking/vaping area. We did not use the pool, but it appeared clean at a quick glance. We would stay here again.

My stay at the springhill was very pleasant in the beginning. I was checked in by a blonde hair woman names Vicki and she was absolutely nothing short of Amazing ans wonderful. Very sweet and accommodating. HOWEVER, on my 2nd night stay i had the dissatisfaction of meeting Lynn. I wasnt watching my phone closesly while in the pool and stayed 5mins over in the hot tube. She rudely came into the pool area with fustration to inform me the pool was closed and i needed to get out. I didnt put to much care in it because i should have been more time aware however i feel like her apporach could have been alot better. Then next morning i come down to get breakfast while heating up my car. I see the lights are turned off by the breakfast area. LYNN tells me that breakfast starts at 7am on weekends. I asked about the breakfast i had yest morning at 6am and she stated a team requested an early breakfast start so they were able to accommodate that. I am a RN an have to clock in at 7am. So i could aee they already had the oatmeal toppings out. I asked LYNN if she mind if i took some toppings to make a trail mix. She exhaled loudly "i mean I guess" ... as im getting the toppings she began to gossip w another employee about how i could clearly see the lights were out and should have common sense to know better. She made other remarks As a travel nurse this place was comfortable, BUT i will personally take my money else where an gladly pay double to not have to deal w people like LYNN again

When I booked the room i was told it was close to Rock and Roll Hall of fame. Its 30 minutes away. The hotel itself was great, just not the location that i was informed.

It could have been a little cleaner. There were hairs in the tub, but shoot, they could’ve come from the housekeeper.😉 There was a Little League group there, and although they were very well behaved, breakfast was crowded and not stocked very well.

The hotel was nice and the frontdesk people were very friendly. Only concern was the late breakfast on Saturday. Didn't start until 7AM and we had very early commitments. Also the TV service was out all of Saturday night and Sunday morning. Somewhat disappointing.

Room was clean, did not care for the "couch" design was uncomfortable. Front desk service was very good, pool and hot tub great. Breakfast was disgusting. Eggs were cold, french toast sticks were tough. Ended up going to a restaurant nearby and paying for breakfast.
