The staff was just awesome. Very polite, welcoming and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when we came back to the room the second day and found the beds straightened up the towels changed out. The only negative was the restaurant inside. We had our two small children with us and the waitress didn't tell us there was a child's menue and was charging us full price instead of using the vouchers we had for their free meal. We finally did get a discount. But she should be trained a bit better.

The hotel was clean, but it smelled like weed. Or I don’t l know what it was. Also the room we got was by the freeway so it was very loud. Not sure anything could be done since that’s the location of the hotel. The amenities were very helpful as we forgot our shampoo and conditioner.

House keeping didn’t return my computer charger and management didn’t see it to a problem whatsoever. Very dismissive of the issue. Wouldn’t suggest leaving nice things in your room. Stained sheet/ pillow cases and carpets. Vinyl peeling off all tabletops but worry not, they staple the surfaces back into place.

The hotel was very worn. You can tell they surface clean. It was very dirty under furniture and in corners of the room. We were anxious to get out and back in the road. Plus the pool closed way to early.
