The hotel having a shuttle from the airport and being right along a stop for the RTA red line were mine reasons for choosing this hotel. Both came in super handy getting to and from the airport and downtown Cleveland. My room was clean but the mattress was definitely past it's prime, as it lacked in much support. The water in the shower was almost warm at best, never really getting hot. Outside of that, the stay was good. The breakfast was fine and the front desk staff was helpful whenever I stopped by.

Quiet hotel, very friendly staff Immediately adjacent to the red line making it extremely convenient to use public transportation to and from the airport and in and out of downtown Cleveland I loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room Comfy king size bed The only downside is lack of good food choices within a short distance

We stayed a total of 5 nights. Ine if the front desk staff was very helpful when we had to extend our stay, informed me there was a discounted rate for Cleveland Clinic patients. The cleaning staff didn't enter our room once the whole stay though. We had to get towels from the front desk, they were very helpful. Breakfast was nice, the breakfast room was clean and well stocked.

The room could have been cleaner and the upkeep needs improving. Stains on sheets, a little mold in the shower. Although the staff wasn’t very warm and welcoming they did respond to our inquiries and requests. The hotel was a bit tired. Needs a refresh. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special.
