We had a 2/2 property and it was so great. Very spacious, full kitchen that we didn't use but still great, the beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the space to spread out. This more like a 2 bedroom apartment. I do wish it was closer to shops/restaurants - the location wasn't my favorite but the room made up for it. The staff was super nice, breakfast was great, and I even used the laundry facilities which was very convenient. They also offered a well stocked "pantry" where I was able to purchase a bottle of wine and some other items.

This hotel must have just gone through a renovation because the room I was in looked brand new. It was almost 600 square feet and felt more like a very nice studio apartment than a hotel room. It was very well appointed and outstanding for a business trip because it had a very functional and large desk, full kitchen, and even a dishwasher. Nice living room as well with a large flat screen TV that can swivel around to be seen anywhere in the apartment. Staff was very pleasant. Just about everything you would want is just a very short drive away. Simple but nice gym and great breakfast area.

Love this Residence Inn, the third one we stayed at this year. The apartment style layout made it easy to park right next to your room rather than taking elevator and then walking down a long hallway to get to your room. Staff, breakfast, room layout are great, especially for longer stay. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, the breakfast was good everyday, the pool was nice. We really loved the kitchen. We had 3 adults and with the studio arrangement and TV we weren’t able to watch TV or hang out together well.

So we found poo on the bathroom wall when we checked in and called the front desk. It took ten minutes to get hold of anyone. They cleaned it and we complained but they said they couldn't do anything as had to discuss with manager. I emailed the manager and three days later haven't heard anything back. I can only assume they don't think poo on the bathroom wall is acceptable ... not worth over $400 a night I think its safe to say.

We stayed here for a couple of days, and it was great! The room was spacious and clean, and it was pretty comfortable. Check-in was really fast, and the person who helped me was great. The location is convenient to CU and everywhere else we needed to go while in Boulder. I would 100% stay here again.

I love the location of this property. Close to everything I wanted to experience. The only bad thing was the shower. It did not drain so I was standing in my own dirty water (room 1412). yuk!! Also, behind my bed I found a dog chew toy and of course I don't have a dog so how long was that there? Yikes! (i only went behind the bed cuz I dropped the TV remote)

The suite was wonderful but the sound transfer from the suite above was quite annoying for 2/3 nights. It seemed like multiple people walked around up there at all hours of the night and early morning. It was very noticeable in my suite.

Great location and rooms are large with lots of functionality—fridge with icemaker, lots of space, and nice, large-screen television with good streaming apps (and even HDMI ports if desired). Rooms are a bit dated and kind of dark (even if you go around and flip the 5-6 different light switches to on and turn the three lamps). That said, the common areas are very pleasant (pool, breakfast area, outdoor grill and furniture). I have stayed here several times and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Good value. And location can’t be beat, about a 3-8 minute drive from most everything!

The hotel was fine but the power was out and they had no way to tell us if/when it was coming back on, and they offered no compensation for the inconvenience. I was also a little disappointed in the layout of our "2 bedroom" which was really a one bedroom and a loft. That left the person the couch out in the open with the two upstairs in the loft. The breakfast was good and actually offered some healthier options.

Our room was almost on top of the freeway. We could have given a full traffic report from there, this making it quite loud. The other room we booked had a leak, the carpet was soaking wet and smelled musty. When we let the hotel know about it, they did not address the matter, they did not provide fans, a room change, and/or a discount for the inconvenience. Lesson learned stay somewhere else if you have the option of make sure you get a room that is nowhere backing to the freeway. Unfortunately a lot of the rooms do

Jackie and Frederick run a tight ship there. From our first experience walking in in the evening, we noticed the customer service was Top Notch! My husband and I work in customer service so we are keenly aware of when there's good personnel at a business. I had a couple of challenges with leaving on time and the staff was very accommodating to my special needs. That type of professional and friendly service is very difficult to find these days. Kudos to leadership and all of the team there for an excellent experience!! Mostly because of these wonderful people, we hope to go back to that property again. Thank you so much!!

I stayed 3 nights 4 days for business. My room was fresh and clean every evening when I got back from work. There was always new coffee pods in my room, plus creamer cups (not powdered) which is a bonus. Plus coffee and snacks were available in the lobby. Breakfast was very nice, better than most hotel breakfasts.
