Prime location in Aspen with easy walking acces to everywhere in & around town. Hotel was modern and clean common areas, and staff (Earl & Chris) were very helpful. No food or drink options at the hotel, but prime breakfast spot is 7 steps next door plus all of the other dining options are easily in walking distance. Our studio room (better than the photos) was clean and faced the mountain with a private balcony and wb fireplace. Bath could use updating, but for the price, location and view - well worth it. The 2 hot tubs and pool in courtyard were great, esp after a long day hiking. I highly recommend.

Got early check in. Room was a small suite with full kitchen, which was great for our short stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. After we checked out at 10 am they allowed us to leave our car in the garage a few more hours, which was very helpful. Location was perfect.

Our condo 129 was updated, very clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchenware and newish appliances. The condo living area was bright and had views of the Silver Queen Gondola over rooftops. The condo rooms were not large but adequate and not unexpected at this price range in downtown Aspen. There is a sofa (that could be improved upon) plus an upholstered chair along with dining chairs for seating. The condo had large smart televisions in the living and bedrooms with apps and services. We used the wood burning fireplace one night and firewood was free. The location was amazing and underground parking included. The pool area and furniture were immaculate. The exercise rooms were clean and staff was helpful and available. There was some noise on the weekend from local pub music but not that bad and expected in such a central location. A great and comfortable stay.

The hotel was centrally located to town. On-site parking was a plus. There were two couples, and we rented a two bedroom. The space was perfect, and we enjoyed the nice sunny balcony too.

The property is right in the heart of Aspen. I block to the gondola, great shopping, easy walk to several good restaurants. Had a locker to store your skis, a working fireplace and furnished kitchen, Right across the street from a grocery store.

Love staying here, every room has a balcony and get to have a real fire while it's snowing. Great, strong hot tubs! Park your car in garage and walk everywhere. We've been coming here for over 20 years and still our favorite!

We had a great 3 night stay at the Aspen Square Condominium. Our studio unit was very clean and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in the dresser and two closets. The cabinetry and kitchen appliances seemed very new. The entire property seemed very well maintained, as it had been for our past stays here. The location cannot be beat. We will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Aspen.

Best Condominum in Aspen! We always stayed at hotels in Aspen, however, for this season, we opted for a condominium, and we think it's an excellent choice. The location is the best in Aspen! The room was cozy, new, and the staff was excellent, with special attention to Francis, the kindful guy at the reception. The only point that left something to be desired was the cleanliness, which on the first day was good; however, afterwards, it could have been better. There was one day that they didn't clean the room and, when we asked, the housekeeper claimed that we had put “do not disturb”; which was not true, as we left it at “service, please”. Maybe, she did not understand what was written, cause the warns are similars and have the same color; só she may have been confused. However, once asked for the service, she should have done it, instead of justifying herself and not doing it. Anyway, this detail needs to be improved; other than that it was an excellent stay.

The location of the property is outstanding with a beautiful view of Aspen Mountain and a walkable distance to dining and shopping, as well as skiing. The unit was a studio condo with a well appointed kitchen and bath. Housekeeping services were excellent and the unit was very clean.

This property is really a 5 star property because of it's cleanness throughout the whole hotel including the rooms, sheets and the utensil/ pots & pans etc. in the kitchen, being walkable to all the nice stores, restaurants, city market and most importantly to the ski slopes. It's literally 2 min walk to the lifts across the street from the hotel.

We spent 5 nights at the Aspen Square Condos. Our studio condo was quiet, clean and at 500 square feet, spacious enough for the 2 of us. Very centrally located near shops, restaurants, ski lifts and hiking trails. The front desk staff was helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended facility.

BED BUGS !!!! Beware An expensive three nights and came away with bed bug bites all over my body. Still painful and irritated almost a week later. Told the front desk twice who said they would follow up with me and never did. Treated me like I was making it up. Hotel is perfectly located but tired and noisy inside. Bed bugs and the staff attitude are the final insult. You have other choices

Great location a block from the Gondola at Aspen. Walking distance from great restaurants, shopping and galleries. Grocery store across the street. Large and comfortable two bed, two bath condo; very nice and recently redecorated. View of the ski hill. Bright and sunny “great room”.

We loved our spacious studio at Aspen Square. We went at a popular time with the changing of the Aspen. Two reasonable hotels there where we stayed for years have closed which is very disappointing but we got this room a month or so in advance so our rate was not as high as it could’ve been.

We had a corner unit with a great mountain view, the area around the condo was great, convenient to the market and stores. The bathroom area was small but had been updated as had the kitchen. Very nice unit on the third floor. We did not use the pool but appreciated the close parking available to guests.

Great accommodations. Fantastic location. Friendly, helpful staff. The only negative was that the air conditioning made a lot of noise cycling on and off and woke us a bit. Despite being August, it was cool at night, so we left the window open at night and that worked out well.

Thought we booked Aspen mt view but wanted to put us in 2 nd floor over street. Did agree to change however room over pool w children playing loud every day. We upgraded for another $500+last 3 nights only to be on corner of a bus stop that runs late into night, no sheers on windows so we were either dark like a cave or fully exposed to other building windows.

The condo we stayed in was nicely decorated and the bathroom/shower were great. The sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on was extremely uncomfortable as I tested it out after the first night. The king bed my husband and I slept in was not comfortable at all. So for the 2 nights we stayed there none of us got much rest. Also, if you do have to use the sofa bed it leaves you very little space to move around. There is very little parking so once you do park don’t plan on leaving. The property itself was very convenient to everything in town, including skiing (which we did not do). The staff was very friendly. I had booked this hotel based on its ratings and price via hotels.com, but was personally disappointed in the lack of rest my family desperately needed after some long hours at work and recent hospitalizations due to complications of health issues. A trip to Aspen was what our daughter (23) asked for instead of any gift and I failed her.

My friend and I decided to go to Aspen on a last-minute trip in August. We booked a studio condo with a king bed. It was great! Updated, clean and had a balcony overlooking the downtown area. Walking distance to everything! The staff was super friendly (front desk and housekeeping). We will definitely stay there again!

Property is in a super convenient location in town and one block from the base of the mountain and gondola and one block from a grocery. Condo units are individually owned so variability in decor and condition. We were initially assigned a unit with what we judged to be a worn and dated decor, but when the manager heard we weren’t happy with the unit she graciously offered to show us a few others we might like better (which we did). They were extremely pleasant and understanding and transferred our bags pronto. Units have balconies, ours was mountain facing (maybe all are, don’t know). Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Aspen Square, our studio suite was large with a thoughtfully equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking town. The staff was very helpful and the location was amazing. We were one block from the gondola and a 5 minute walk to anywhere else in town, including the bus to Snowmass and the other ski areas. I hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay. It was nice to have a kitchenette in the room so we could relax in the morning with a cup of coffee and breakfast items from the store a few doors down. They did a really good job of cleaning the room daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. We recommend the Aspen Square Hotel and will stay there again the next time we are in town.

Excellent stay with old-school Hospitality - a smile at the desk, coffee in the morning, ice water in the afternoon, reusable water bottles in the room - lots of nice little touches that the chain properties seem to miss.
