Hotel was nice, but there were a bunch of hidden fees that were not being shown properly in the booking. I wish the staff had explained the fees better and that they would be more kind in explaining what they meant properly.

We stayed only one night, but this hotel was excellent overall. Clean, quiet, close to the airport, and an excellent lounge/restaurant. The 24-hour shuttle service was critical to our stay and helped immensely for getting us to the airport in time for our early morning flight. The only negative we experienced was the guest laundry (this was the last stop on a multi-leg travel journey). It was located far away from the elevator on the 4th floor and shared a tiny space with a guest microwave (not great for heat and odors). The machines required a specific pay app to operate and the app was terrible - would not connect to the machines. It took repeated tries to make the app work so we could complete our laundry.

We had the suite with a sofa bed and a Queen size bed. The sofa bed was terrible (was expecting spectacular), like it was well worn out... that likely needs an update. had some trouble with the keys not working with the parking entrance that finally needed a paper bar code printed which worked significantly better.

Disappointed in the room itself. Refrigerator was extremely tiny and leaked. Electrical outlets were few (3 people staying in suite) and didn’t retain power chords … they were loose fitting. Furniture was old, mattresses were soft, saggy. Bathroom exhaust system did not function efficiently. While the bathroom seemed newer (remodeled) the design utilized an opaque glass swinging door that had no latch so privacy was compromised. The bathroom was unnecessarily large … making it the focal point of the room? There was only 1 sink. Obviously the bathroom needed one but certainly a sink next to coffee maker/refrigerator area would have been helpful. There was no closet and only 2 tiny drawers ( nightstand type). The locking mechanism for the room entry door stopped working after a late night out. This happened at 2am as hotel was running regular system updates according to staff, so we waited another 30 minutes for it to complete since assumption was card keys needed to be reprogrammed … but turned out it was a dead battery in the locking mechanism. Bottom line: not planning on returning and would not recommend this hotel.
