Every time I got into one of the two working elevators I felt like I was gambling with my life. I was on the 10th floor and had no choice, the elevators don't close completely and are filthy (see grime corners in the pictures). The carpet throughout the hotel is a hazzard with it buckling everywhere (See photos). Rooms are average, equal to a very cheap holiday inn. Basically you get what you pay for, it's cheap which is why I tried it, but next time I'll pay a few more dollars and get a place that's safe, clean and has a comfy bed. OHHHHH AND THE VERY FEW TV CHANNELS ARE HORRIBLE!

We had a nice little getaway weekend. Took a nice stroll by the bay and found a yummy Jewish diner near by. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub and I enjoyed the gym amenities. Overall a really great deal. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the parking was packed and expensive, and the pool had so much chlorine in it, you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The staff was friendly and the breakfast included option was a great deal!

Staff was not friendly. Not one smile from any of them. On the day i arrived, two out of three elevators worked, the second day, 1 out of 3 elevators worked and on the last day, none of the elevators worked. My disabled uncle had to go down 4 flights of stairs. Mind you, there are 10 floors in this hotel. Terrible. Do not recommend. Will never stay here again.

They provide false information. They state free shuttle service from the airport. They do not advise the shuttle service has “breaks” of up to 2 hours. I arrived from Asia and was ready at 5:00 pm Told due to a driver break that pick- up would be after 7:00 pm It cost me a $ 25,00 taxi ride

As a bay area native, visiting, I wanted to love this hotel. But all it has going for itself is the location, and even then, it's not all that. Parking is terrible, there aren't enough spaces for the number of rooms. If you arrive too late, you will have to park in the back lot, which isn't necessarily a big deal, except there is minimal lighting. Also, the website I booked through said parking was free, but in fact is $24/day. It’s a reasonable price for the Bay Area, but something to be aware of. Separately, and my biggest point of contention, plan to arrive for the hotel breakfast BEFORE 10am. Yes, the website and signs all say they seve breakfast until 10:30am, but my group and I arrived at 10:10 to find everything cleaned up and a surprised/abnoted wait staff. The woman who I'm guessing is the restaurant manager was curt, bordering on rude to both my party and the 2 other guests that arrived at the same time as us. We were told we could only have ONE thing because the kitchen was already closed, which also didn't make much sense, because room service was supposed to still be available as well. If this was a complimentary breakfast I wouldn't even mention it, but to pay $20 extra per person, on top of $170/night, the least they can do is leave out the spread for the breakfast window. The elevators are terrifying, but the rooms were quiet, and the water pressure was amazing.

The room was in good condition, but a little dated. Breakfast in Saturday was only available in form of buffet, you couldn't order from.menu, and the elevators were all defective, without signs on the doors, causing people not know what was going on.

The hotel is in dire need of updating. It is one of the less expensive hotels in the area, so I didn’t have high expectations but was still a little disappointed. Cleanliness was not bad, but not great either. There was garbage and a piece of broken glass on the floor on arrival in my room. The curtains were nasty and didn’t fully function. Plaster falling from ceiling in room over AC unit, and what appeared to be black mold. The communal microwave in the lobby was terribly inconvenient. Overall an okay place for a bed and a shower for non leisure travel. I wouldn’t likely stay again as I prefer a nicer hotel.

Poor maintained facility, elevators are like a scary ride, noisy and unsafe, room was not cleaned, I found three socks and a water bottle under the bed. Toilet flush was not working. On top of this you have to pay a parking fee which is not common for hotels around SFO airport.

Rooms are very dirty. We checked in and we had to have bathroom cleaned because it smelled of pee. Room curtians were stained, carpet was dirty, tub floor was dirty and there was no hot water. The only good thing was the shuttle service to and from the airport.

No room cleaning at the first day until called and the janitor off work already at 4pm. No water provided. Room was so dirty and old. my sleepers turned to black color due to so much dusts. Shower room floor sticky. Worst experience ever.

I would say the only things I liked about this hotel was the comfortable bed and the clean bathroom. The pillows were too full and firm causing me to wake up with a stiff neck. The air conditioner was also incredibly loud and creaked when on, so every time it activated our sleep was disrupted AND I couldn’t hear my alarm clock on my phone that was sitting on the nightstand right next to me. Yes, it was convenient and a fair price point (through a 3rd party), but I will never stay here again.

Rooms are fine if you're on a budget. Room was clean. The popcorn ceiling is kinda gross. Shower took a looong time to get warm. They didn't let me know that housekeeping is by request, but refilled my towels when I asked. The sheets are plasticy and not very comfortable. And the restaurant is insanely overpriced.

When I checked in, I was put in a super old room on the second floor with yellowed wallpaper and two broken lamps. Upon calling the front desk, they said they would send someone up, but no one ever came. When I called the front again, they immediately asked me if I just wanted a new room, which I accepted. The new room was much better, but overall, I could see the hotel was just really old and probably in need of some updates. For the same price point, you could stay at some of the other more modern and renovated hotels in the area that are in better shape. I chose the Crowne Plaza because it had relatively good reviews, and I wanted to switch up my usual spot, but I think I'll stay with what I know in the area from now on. Pros: Easy access from the freeway, airport shuttle, and super close to SFO if using own transportation. The new room I was put into was dated but very clean, especially the bathroom.

The hotel building was ok maybe just a property updated or maintained. Almost fell, lost my balance on the uneven carpeting, the carpet buckles. Bedside lamp was not working and the air conditioning was grumpy loud and window panels were not sound proofed, you can here the 101. Hotel staff’s was really nice and polite, and informative.

Booked for 2 nights as part of a stopover. Checked in by Sonica on the front desk, who was rude, ignorant and tbh the worst front desk manager I have experienced in many years. Customer service training is badly needed for her. Learn some manners Sonica, you know who you are! From telling us that breakfast vouchers would do for both days (not true) to verifying our room keys for only one day, she was so arrogant and dismissive. Then to top it all, our room was not serviced the next day and we had to call the front desk to ask for toilet roll. After waiting for 45 minutes I went down to the desk to get some. The message seemingly never got passed on. I complained about her when checking out and found that she had entered a colleague’s initials as the person who checked us in! Whoever employed this individual needs to do something about her - shocking behaviour from a Crowne Plaza employee.

Had an issue with checking. They claimed to not have my registration. The lady at checkin approx. 10pm 7/31 went to night mgr. with my phone to show my reserv conf. then came back out & said there was no reservation for me & that they don’t work with. Travelocity. She told me I might call Travelocity. The awesom rep Armani contacted the night mgr at crowne plaza who continued to make up excuses like they were booked for rooms that I reserved & that it got cancelled because my card declined twice, & that my reservation was for 7/30-7/31. It was awful. Never been treated in such a way at a checkin. I wondered if I was being discriminated against. Armani was great & remained on line until the room I reserved was provided although the mgr. still stated the king rooms were sold out. He mysteriously found there was actually 1 left as the Travelocity Rep remained in the line with me. Armani was great. I don’t know what me & my family would have done after driving for 3 days to CA. We were extremely tired. Thank you Armani!

Great place to stay close to the airport, beds are comfortable, good pillows, good linens, clean room and lobby. Restaurant was OK, good staff. There’s nothing around the hotel. We ordered DoorDash and got some good Thai food, but there’s nothing to walk to and no view. Also, no outside area. All in all the room is fine for one overnight or if you’re just looking for a room and then going to explore during the day.

Room wasn’t cleaned when we got back from being out. Went to restaurant down stairs, asked the hostess for price, $25, a bit pricy for what they had. Plus they had ran out of scrambled eggs, which they wernt so scrambled, that my son said. Ran out of potatoes. While looking at buffet, and was approached by host he mentioned, because we’re about to close, got a bill for $54. That’s expensive for the buffett food my son & I had which wasn’t even good. For that price we could’ve had better sit down breakfast

This property was a pretty good deal for the price. The location was fantastic, the daily buffet breakfast at the restaurant was nice and the other food there was tasty as well. The property itself needed a little TLC but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay in our comfortable room. We would consider staying again if it was a good deal.

The hotel was in poor condition. The carpet was lumpy and not well affixed on the ground, which would create a trip hazard. The Entry door that is supposed to be badge access, was inoperable and anyone could enter. There was only 1 of 3 elevators working which caused a lot of congestion for patrons. The staff purposefully maintained the stairs locked for some unknown reason, so if there were an emergency, those on the higher floors would be in trouble or dead depending on the circumstance. The shuttle driver was in a hurry due to highway entrance being closed, and he was tossing luggage into the bus. The server in the restaurant looked perturbed that my son and I don't drink alcohol, and he was probably expecting to get a large tip from my tab. He gave me a stank face because of it. Lastly, for you all to collect $24/day for parking, the lot was in terrible condition. The asphalt was very bad and for an elderly person, it could pose a severe trip hazard. I will not be staying there EVER again.

Easy check in and decent amount of parking. When we arrived there was only one working elevator so it took us some time to get up to our room. There was a lot of extension cords connecting lamps which made me a bit skeptical. TVs are not as modern as most newer hotels but over all not bad.

Convenient stay if you’re not spending time at the hotel. The rooms were clean. There were 3 elevators, but only one was working. So every day there was a line behind the reception just to get into the one elevator. Keep in mind, housekeeping does not have a service elevator. Breakfast was included - there are tickets given at check in with certain dates. At breakfast I seen other guests turned away because they came down with the wrong dates. On top of that there was a language barrier that caused a big communication issue with those guests. On top of that the attitude. The food was all overcooked and hard. If the attendants or chef doesn’t want to work, then please find another place of employment.
