Stayed 1 night

The biggest issue we had is they were hosting a 21st birthday party that was out of control. The group was already wild and blocking the elevators when we were trying to return to our room. Then having a physical fight outside our window, screaming, yelling until after 1am after multiple calls to the front desk. We found mold on the outside of the pull out bed after our kids slept on it. For how much we paid I expected better. The man at the front desk did waive our parking and upgrade fee and said we would get Hilton honors points since I couldn’t be refunded but then the amount I was given isn’t even close to covering a night at another Hilton hotel. I’m really disappointed in our stay here.

They said that the evening reception would include appetizers and tacos. There was only crackers available. Don't advertise something if you can't deliver. Also the evening Reception ALSO Clearly Said 5:30 to 7:30 on Fridays and Saturday's But that was Not true. I was 4th in line at 6:33 and was told the free beverage was Closed. The bar tender actually yelled this at me. No Problem I said. I wasn't drinking anything alcoholic anyway.
