Clean, pool and jacuzzi, breakfast ... wish you had BISCUITS AND GRAVY, room and adjacent room for family, across mall, near restaurants, near Medieval Times, near Knott's Berry Farm, near I-91 freeway exit and entrance. Friendly front desk, breakfast and room staff. Happy with our stay. FIX THE LEFT ELEVATOR ... SON AND OTHER FOLKS GOT STUCK.

Air conditioner was very noisy. It sounded like it was not going to stay working. The pool was not available so if you wanted to go swimming, you had to go to the neighboring hotel. Breakfast was ok , not the best but ok. Room phone didnt work when we first got there. The hotel is in need of updating. But it was clean. Overall it was ok

Property location for Knotts Berry Farm is excellent. Due to location and busy streets, lots of noise from traffic. Easy on and off freeway. Lots of dining near by. Free breakfast Small fitness center (one eliptical, two treadmill, dumbells), free always hot coffee.

Because I rarely have time to review anything, I only save my reviews for either excellent locations or absolutely bad ones. I am sad to say this was one of the worse stays I have had in a long time. Rooms are extremely small and in need of repair. Wallpaper in the bathroom peeling off. Shower faucet dripped all day. Beds are hard and you can feel the springs. Only one elevator working. No conditioner in the refillable container in shower. Extremely old TV that couldn't handle streaming Netfilx. Remote Control not functioning even after getting new batteries. Then realized they put old batteries again. Pool is NOT heated. Jacuzzi is barely warm. Overall a bummer.

The pool was closed. The Breakfast needs Bacon added to it, as well as additional Toasters. It need more breakfast things in general. The space needs to be added to hallways and Breakfast area.

Newly renovated, but lacking in repairs. My room was clean, but something was off with the shower. I used my own shampoo, but I felt noticeably dirty all day, as if there was some film on me. Not sure if it was the water supply, or maybe the towels had too much detergent on them. Also, the hot tub wasn't working, no bubbles and the water was lukewarm, at best. The ice machine wasn't working either.

I did like the look of the lobby. The room was in poor shape; the sink stunk, and using any of the drains would also smell. The front desk sent a man up to clean with some spray; however, it did not fix the problem, and I was offered no compensation. Also, the finish work on the room was poor. peeling wallpaper stains on the carpet as well.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Lots of selection from eggs to bacon to sausage, as well as pastries, fruit, cereal, and drinks. Area is nice and convenient to all the touristy spots. The staff was friendly. However, we did spot and kill two cockroaches in our 2 night stay. One each night…they appeared at our room door when we opened it each night. The place needs to be fumigated.

Stayed in room 702 and a big water roach was climbing along the wall. Called front desk and mentioned that there is nothing they can do. That everyone was gone for the night. All they said was that they will leave a note for the manager in the morning to contact you. I had to get rid of the roach! My wife was horrified sleeping in the room worrying that another roach will come out whileshe is sleeping. Went down the next morning, manager was not even there yet so I told them to give me a call when he show up. Never received a call, so i called them and they said they were out to lunch. Called again later and still no answer and its been six days. I recommend not staying there if you want a roach to climb on you when you are sleeping.

The hotel itself is nice. I was there for 2 nights with my teen daughter. The room was fine but man the AC was super loud. The bathroom was SMALL and awkward. I could touch the ceiling in there. Then the tub had to bath at rolled into the corner??? We didn’t even touch it. Plus the bathroom floor had stains near the tub that just looked weird so I covered the floor with a towel. The breakfast the 1st day was ok. Eggs, breakfast quiche, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt. The next day, no quiche but bacon and muffins were added (my kid loves muffins) overall, I would stay here again but the bathrooms need HELP

I stayed for one night, so I did not have the need to utilize hotel services. The property could use a makeover. The shower dripped on both occasions. The wifi was challenging to navigate and was intermittent. I have stayed here twice and had the same experience. I was working, so the internet was critical. I primarily used the hotspot from my phone. I have stayed at many properties as a Marriott "Lifetime Gold" member. This property is in less than-average condition for Marriott.

This was our second stay here and the check in is always top notch. Lelani took time to get to know us and even hooked it up with an upgrade! As I was passing through the lobby, I noticed she took care of every sing guest and made their stay work for them as best she could. What a great start to a stay. Will be coming back again!

The team at Fairfield Inn & Suites was awesome. Check in was quick. Breakfast was satisfactory and the front desk folks were kind and responsive to our needs/request. Used the fitness center which had all equipment in working order. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was very helpful, however room was supposed to be serviced every other day & they missed a service & had to request it 2 additional days. Staff apologized & was very understanding. Also when room serviced no cups replaced so nothing to drink out of had to go get them downstairs.

Had a nice stay at Fairfield Inn on our trip to Southern CA. Great location right off the 91 freeway. Close to restaurants and shopping. Just north of Knott's Berry Farm. Quick and easy checkin and checkout. Front desk staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was good with lots of options. Only issues I can say we had was the air conditioner in room 420 was extremely loud so we kept it off. Also TV seems to be an older model so was a little blurry. Other then that comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The maid only comes every third day. We stayed 3 nights, so no maid service. But that was ok. Towels are thin and cheap. Breakfast was average, not enough seating and long line to get food. Pool area is small and completely shaded till after noon. Pool seemed to be un heated. But for a budget hotel, I’d say it is above average overall.

It was great to have the option of a suite room for my husband to have our separate time from the kids. We also liked that there was a tub in the rooms and a hot tub and pool also. My children loved to use these even in January. We also enjoyed the full breakfast that was complimentary for our stay. Great bacon,eggs, waffles, bagels and oatmeal.

Property serves my needs as a good spot for work travel in the Buena Park and Whiteier area. Close to Knotts Berry if you are there for fun. Ample parking, staff is great, breakfast daily is a plus, good coffee in the lobby, and a special shout out to Michaela who checked me in and was a huge help!
