This place is very run down. Not acessibility friendly at all. Short toilets, wrong kid, kept running. Cant reach AC due to tables in the way and in the wall at 7 feet high. Didn't set up room for 3 people then i got told I had to go down to front desk to get all the stuff we were missing. Will never stay again at $250/night And listing said restaurant, not. Vending machines were out of order or empty.b

Our room was spacious, having two comfy king size beds. Housekeeping is done strictly by men from what we saw which could explain the dust in the room. A woman runs a cloth along the artwork and over the lamps and across the headboards. It takes a few minutes and if only done once a week it would make a difference. We had a full size fridge which came in handy after our trip to Chinatown. This hotel is located close to the waterfront and good restaurants. We recommend Finn's Seafood. There is secure parking downstairs too. Even though there is construction going on in the immediate area it was okay and we would consider staying there again.

We arrived from Pt Angeles on the Black Ball Ferry about 10:00. It is a 8-10 minute drive from the ferry. We were able to park in the hotel lot while we went sightseeing and had lunch. The hotel is very close to China Town and a further walk to the harbor. The rooms need a thorough cleaning along with the hallway carpets. The bedding was clean. Not so much the rest of the room. Considering the area the hotel is in it is safe and on the edge of new construction. It is probably the most affordable hotel in downtown Victoria.

Good location for getting to main attractions in town with free parking was a real bonus. Spacious room with 2 large beds. Shower worked quite well .Air conditioning worked albeit a little noisy but that helped cover road noise outside. Wifi worked reasonably well. Had a small lift that worked. We also used the stairs that were nearby to go out. Motel is looking a little “tired” but otherwise functional.
