The hotel is in an ideal location - pretty much walkable to all local attractions which don’t involve getting a boat/ferry. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained and has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which are available for guests to use which is excellent, especially if you are there for a longer period of time. My only slight negative was that there are only 2 lifts in the hotel, which meant at busy times, you could wait for up to 5 mins - particularly in the morning around breakfast time/guests going out for the day.

It's a nice hotel and usually a good value for the money. This was my second time staying here. It was a little more chaotic because the location is across the street from BC Plance, which is extremely convenient if you are attending a concert there. The Foo Fighters draw a huge crowd so the hotel filled fast and charged rates that were triple what I had paid in the past, I must admit I was a bit put off by what I thought was price gouging. Other than that everything was fine. They really have a super nice staff there.
