What guests think

Riviera Motor Inn draws praise for low prices and friendly staff, but reviews frequently cite inconsistent cleanliness, dated spaces, and concerns about people loitering around the parking lot, with occasional noise at night and temperature control issues in some rooms.

Some rooms are spacious and comfortable with fridges and microwaves, though several guests found the decor worn and television options limited. The location is convenient for drivers and close to the airport, but the industrial setting is not very walkable and several guests felt uneasy about vehicle security. Expect a basic, budget stay with tradeoffs.

Conveniently Located - The owners are doing a lot to keep the place neat and tidy- new carpet, paint and furnishings, but the surrounding area and lack of fence had us concerned that our vehicle would be broken into. The bed sheets had make up stains on them- I let the front desk know, but they weren’t worried. Our impression upon our arrival was disappointing, but the room itself was nice.

Not only was the parking lot full of empty beer bottles and, garbage, but so was the hallways. There wasn’t hand soap in the room. The toilet was filthy dirty and there was garbage on the floor of our room. Little to no housekeeping in this place. Would not recommend!

Hallway carpets need a little attention. Room itself was comfortable, not a lot of bells or whistles but good if you don't necessarily need anything more than just a bed, toilet, and shower.

It was a terrible night, I booked online and after I checked in and got in my room on the second floor. The couple underneath my room were fighting and honking the horn on their vehicle til one in the morning and then about two in the morning I had homeless people knocking on my door. This went on til 4:30 . I got up and checked out at 5:00 and asked for a refund and was told to phone back and talk to Chad. I gave up on this after the second phone call as I just got the run around.
