Great location in Montreal; close to restaurants, shops and sites. You really are right in the middle of lots going on. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spectacular; beautifully equipped with everything you need for a luxurious stay.

Stayed 2 nights

What a bummer. Was there for work for a few days and booked the weekend on my personal card to stay and enjoy the city. Had booked a nicer room for the weekend so moved to a room literally two down. About 6 hours later I realized I left two things hanging on the mirror in the first room. Called down to the front desk and explained that one of them was super sentimental to me, etc. etc. He said he needed to talk to housekeeping and get back to me. Never got back to me. Called the next morning, explained the whole thing again, she tells me she needs to talk to the Director of Housekeeping, she'll call me back. Still not super panicked because the items would mean nothing to anyone else, I have no thoughts that someone took them, but I also have no thoughts that they wouldn't have put them in the lost and found. She never calls me back. Call again that night, irritated, because I am literally two doors down, still in the hotel, checking out the next morning, and I need to get this stuff back. Guy at the front desk says he needs to get the manager. Manager comes on and tells me they don't know where they are and likely got thrown away and what do I want to do? I want my things back. I start crying becuase it's a hair thing from mom mom that is old and is not replacable. It's crazy to me that at a $500/night hotel they would thrown ANYTHING away that was clearly left somewhere that wasn't one of the several trash cans in the room. They knew I was still at the hotel and even if I w
