Our room was very clean and we had a wonderful view of Kingston harbour. We were very disappointed with the boxed breakfast. For the amount of money spent per night I think a better breakfast would be appropriate. If you don’t eat muffins and yogurt the remaining breakfast items of two hard boiled eggs and a piece of cheese was disappointing.

Great location on the waterfront and right downtown! If available, try for a waterview room - the view of the harbour is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast (provided in a box) was great A bonus, the outdoor pool was still open so we could enjoy a swim (although it was a bit chilly). Great value!

Our recent stay was excellent and staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with a running toilet and it was dealt with immediately once we made them aware. Room was clean and especially the bathroom which is always a high priority when travelling. Only thing I would have liked was access to tea or coffee in the lobby. Most room beverage makers are used for coffee and us tea drinks find that stays in the machines.
