The hotel is OK, we stayed here as our first stop on a road trip out east and some things were good some are iffy. Parking lot is huge and we chose this specifically for my truck, although with all that space they still charge for parking, kind of ridiculous. Checking in was good, get to the room and it’s not the freshest smelling room ever but luckily we can open the sliding door right up, cleanliness was sub par, found a rubber band on the floor, some peanut butter or something on the chair so I laid a towel over it. The restaurant seemed pretty hype so we ordered some club sandwiches, which were horrible. Dry rotisserie chicken, with no dressing whatsoever. Worst 70$ I’ve spent on my trip. The girl who brought it up to the room was quite nice though,. Upon checkout front desk wouldn’t compensate me for the sandwiches either Hallways are tight and cleaning staff aren’t friendly when passing them, rude actually.

We booked the Delta in Fredericton for 4 nights. Nice updated hotel with indoor and outdoor pools. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t clean, nor were our towels exchanged and beds made when our “do not disturb” sign was taken down. We moved the pullout for a better view of the tv and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned under there for some time. Not a great experience getting into bed with debris all over the soles of your feet. Might as well have gone camping. On a positive note, the restaurant has delicious food with huge portions. We also enjoyed the refreshment station and Starbucks.

We really liked this hotel. The room had been refurbished and was spacious. The shower could be improved upon as it was a bit slippery. There was a slight knocking sound during the night but some people might see that as white noise as it wasn’t very loud. The restaurant/bar area was great. The servers were very friendly. There is also Starbucks coffee available from the cafe.

The back of the hotel is like an oasis. They have a bar set up by the pool, a path to scenery, and some good tunes going. It reminded me of being south. The room was okay. A lot smaller than I thought it would be for the price. It didn’t matter, we were not in it for very long. They need more elevators. We spent a lot of time in the morning waiting to either go up or down. We had to wait over half an hour to check in. The front desk staff didn’t have time for small talk or even to be very friendly. We were just processed through. The housekeeping staff add the personal touch. One stopped and helped me get ice. Another asked how my stay was going.

The 6th floor renovations are good but the sound-proofing needs to be improved! The voices of people in the corridor were bad enough, the ones of those in the next room were worse! Perhaps where there is a connecting door between rooms, it could be insulated more thoroughly?

There staff is definitely not on the same page when it comes to their policies. Both my sister and I booked the same and we had a $70 breakfast credit. I used $20 and left a $10 tip. Not sure what my sisters bill was but she also left a $10 tip. When we were checking out her guy said it was all good. No extra charges. I go to the guy beside him and I got charged the $10 to my credit card. When I said to the guy that she didn’t get charged. All he said was they don’t pay the tip and charged it to my visa. I guess I should have had the same person check me out to get treated the same.

It was a beautiful property however I was not at all pleased with the service or how a situation was handled. I booked a room that specifically said had a separate room with a couch and when I checked in my room it was not that room and when I went down and ask why not they informed me that the pictures on Expedia are not correct and they had nothing to give me. They said that since I booked it through Expedia there also was nothing they can do. When I asked for a roll away bed understanding it was an extra charge they also told me no it wouldn’t work in the room I was given. My room was over $400 for one night and I felt like they did nothing to accommodate what I feel was not my mistake.
