Great location. Room was pretty old and rundown, towels are threadbare. TV and hairdryer didn’t work, but maintenance was sent up right away to help us out. It’s all stated when you book, but consider when you’re pricing out comparables in the area that parking (outdoor, covered but not monitored) isn’t included in the stay, and there isn’t a hot tub or pool.

Nice hotel in downtown Edmonton. We stayed one night in a renovated, spacious room on the 21st floor. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 20th floor was a nice perk. Parking is an additional $25.00 per day and conveniently located underground in the building. My husband and I would stay at the hotel again.

My recent stay at the Chateau Lacombe was excellent, marked by its prime location and stunning views. The staff provided exceptional service, and my room was clean and comfortable. The highlight was dining at the revolving rooftop restaurant, La Ronde, which offered an unforgettable panoramic view of the city. While the hotel has a classic, older feel, it is well-maintained and has a charming elegance. I travel to Edmonton once a month, and usually pick a different hotel every time for the new experience... This will now be my go to hotel permanently, whenever I come to Edmonton. Highly recommended to anybody traveling to edmonton, you would not be disappointed...

Stayed here many times. A bit put out at the end to discover a parking ticket on my truck. Confirmed on my receipt that we paid for 2 vehicles to park. When I called the front desk it was suggested that I supplied a wrong call letter on the plate ( one letter was different) Although the hotel has its own parade attendant and could easily check, confirm, and correct the situation they insisted I would need to submit all the details for their review. Absolute Nonsense and really poor customer service. Won’t be staying there again ( last time my truck was broken into and the desks response was Oh Well)

Poorly maintained hotel that could be beautiful if kept up! A few scuff marks can be overlooked but the dust caking the vents, and corners of walls and furniture, the terribly stained carpets cannot! There is no excuse for the condition of the toilet seat, and paint chipped off the tubs, and dirty looking bath tub mat. The bath towels were coarse with a hue more great than white. At breakfast at Cafe Lacombe, we were informed by the server that menu service was not an option and it was buffet service only at $21.00 each. This was very disappointing as the buffet was not appealing to us and we were expecting a la carte service as advertised.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Chateau Lacombe... However... Our room was beside a stairwell with an extremely heavy door... That we clearly heard every time it opened and closed. The rooms are not sound proof so we hurt people out in the hall all the time. The bed was awesome comfortable... The view was amazing. The restaurant was wonderful. Had a really good time overall. The only sad part is the area surrounding the hotel has a lot of garbage strewn about. But that's the city's fault not the hotel.

I am still a big fan of this hotel and will stay again. This time the wifi was terrible (had to tether to my phone) and I got a parking ticket even though I paid for parking. They fixed it but it was a hassle having to call, email pictures of the ticket, etc. Just not their greatest day I guess.

We arrived around 2 pm and no line up was at the Check-in reception but told Rooms not ready at time then we waited another half hour and stranded in line up for 10 minutes to be told we’ll not be ready until 3.30 then more the 20 Guests walked in and lined up so we had to go in the lineup again for over one hour standing a 69 year old and a sick wife we get Fraustrated waiting in line 3 times and every time we ask if we get called when rooms became available to be told we have to stand on line again

Staff was amazing. Check in was quick and very friendly. we had access to the business level and the snacks and beverages were a nice touch but again, the staff working were incredible and took great care of us. The housekeeping staff we spoke to were so friendly. It’s evident that the hotel hires for great personalities! Would have been 5 star but the property is getting tired in some spots and could use upgrades.

Well maintained, friendly staff, and great room. Highly recommended the restaurant on the 24th floor. You do have to pay for breakfast which was almost $50 for 2 people. Location is great too, walking distance from lots of great places. Overall great stay :)

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s a beautiful property with a great atmosphere, although it could use a little maintenance — particularly with the bathroom drainage. Aside from that, the lounge was amazing! Our server, Raul, went above and beyond during our two nights there. The breakfast buffet was good, and the hotel’s location is stunning. Watching the sunrise over the river is something I look forward to every time we stay.

Loved our stay!!! Rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable., we had a lovely meal in the revolving restaurant, and had the buffet breakfast (breakfast was ice cold and it was 22$ per person) would have the breakfast again
