Newly renovated rooms, wood floor. Tiled bath floor but tub/shower is high and slippery to step into - rubber safety decals needed on tub floor. Super comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast but could use another bread product. My only complaint was that the pool was COLD, at 75• - when we told the Front Desk, they said there was nothing they could do. Hot tub very small but divinely hot!! Great staff at desk!

This is the 3 rd property we stayed in a week and let me tell you they saved the best for last. Check in was smooth and we even checked in late, room was clean and they even accommodated the extra person with towels withiut even a request. Breakfast was pre viewd in the boatd downstairs the days before (a weeks menu in advance) and the swimming pool and hot tub were very clean.

Fourth time at this hotel for our Sandbanks vacations and we’re always very happy there. Great service, kids love the breakfast (Viva the waffles) and the pool, room is super clean and comfortable. We often recommend this hotel to our friends. My ecological-conscious side is where I’m a little bit tickled: compost option would be great and replacing the plastic and paper dishes at breakfast for reusable ones would make a great difference. I strongly appreciate the EV charger but since there is only one, it is sometimes an issue if it’s occupied. That being said, great experience and we’ll go back again on our next trip.

Stare was ok, but one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a bar. The bar was closed, and no wine or beer was able to be ordered. This was an issue, as we were in attendance to a funeral, and wanted a quite place to toast our departed friend. We were hoping to have about 10 close friends back for a drink. Very disappointed. Also, I tried to call the front desk from our room, the telephone was literally a prop. There were no outlets or wires. It was a toy phone! Also, the thermostat e was impossible to control the temperature. It was -15C, and the only way we could control was to put on AC and set to 18. The shampoo had a nice smell. 😳

I was stuck at an end of a hallway with the staircase outside my door. The whole night all i could hear is that noisy door opening and closing. The room smelled musty when you walked in and one of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The bathroom shower/tub was kinda small. The pool was too cold to swim in and most of the lights were out. The morning breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The property is excellent for a budget hotel. Very clean and good amenities (pool, hot tub, free parking, microwave, fridge). The breakfast was also good. Would stay there again. Only one suggestion....it would be good if bed lamp had a plug or usb port in it's base (small issue though...just a thought). Thanks.

Property was decent, rooms average. The pool area was not well maintained and the hot tub had a layer of black scum around it. Maintenance was informed, and they did nothing which was very disappointing. The breakfast buffet was the only thing that made it okay.

Well first of all the pool and hot tub area was not clean. The pool tiles were slippery like they had algae growing on them. And the hot tub was so dirty there were dirty skin flakes floating on top of the bubbles. And the towels in the pool area were not always stocked. The first time we went there was only two left for the 5 of us. Luckily we thought ahead and brought our own towels. And the second/last time we went, there were absolutely no towels. And the only food we had in our room was some chips and a yoghurt from breakfast and our drinks, but on the second day, there were ants that came into our room that were crowding around our garbage can. And there were some other aspects of the room that I was not pleased with. The room wallpaper was either not put it properly or was starting to peel. It was very bubbled out around the corners. Tint on the windows would also be appreciated because we had the room with the window directly next to the lobby doors and forgot to close our curtain before heading out shopping, and when we came back we could see everything in our room. All our personal belongings. The shower was nice except the door didn’t close properly and there were a few spots of what looked like rush maybe on the shower shelves, and around the boarder of the doors and cracks. Maybe it just wasn’t scrubbed properly. Not sure either way, we were not pleased with it. I was however very happy with the shampoo and toiletries brand. Breakfast was okay,Could’ve been bettr

Wow....we were thoroughly impressed by the Best Western Hotel. It has set a new high Benchmark of which we will measure other similar hotels. The staff were friendly right from check-in and when we had a question about our TV, the desk staff jumped right on it. The hotel room we were given had a private view. The King room with Sofa Bed was vert spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was fantastic complete with the three Dispensers in the shower (should be moved to the front or back though). The Breakfast was superb, and nicely done. Even the parking was private and great. Large TV, Fridge with Freezer and microwave. All that you could ask for. The room was also cleaned every day for our 4 night stay. There are also a number of great restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. If we are ever back in Belleville, this will most certainly be our place to stay since the price is very reasonable. Thank-you for you hospitality.

Very comfortable stay! The hotel is right off the 401 so was really convenient to get to. The staff are all very friendly and attentive; pleasant and efficient check-in.The building and rooms are clean and modern (rooms and common areas look newly renovated). The room had a nice floor-to-ceiling window which brought in a lot of natural light. Bathroom was spacious; good water pressure in the shower. The pool was a great way to wind-down after being out all day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Belleville this past weekend. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with well-kept rooms, a great pool, and a good breakfast options that made our mornings easier and enjoyable. But what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality service we received from Jess at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, respectful, and attentive to every detail. She even surprised us with a small bag of treats for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, Jess went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with kindness and professionalism. Simple things, but so appreciated by us!! Her genuine care and attentiveness turned a good hotel experience into a truly memorable one. So thank you Jess, you made our trip extra special! A note from Hector (our dog): thank you for the treats and kindness. With such service, we will be happy to come back again! So keep the treats bags ready for our next trip :)
