The hot tub was drained so we couldn’t use it. The room was very noisy from our neighbours while they were in the hall. We were woken up by doors closing and people taking a few times, which resulted in a poor sleep. The room would be greatly improved by some sound proofing. The property was nice, as were the staff at check in. Comfy bed.

Room wasn’t bad at all, however in the bathroom on the floor it was full of hair, long hair, short curly little hairs, all over the floor. The surface areas were not dusted, the sink faucets were dirty. The cleaning wasn’t great, (I’m a professional cleaner), and was disappointed in the cleanliness. But otherwise, it was a nice getaway, the room was nice. There were other guests who were partying a bit and loud later on but quieted down eventually. I would stay here again, I just might say something next time if the room is not cleaned properly.

It's really nice to have all the dishes, cutlery and even dish soap. It's like coming to your own apartment. The room is amazing. The pool and hot tub are warm and hot! And the front desk staff are very welcoming and fun. We enjoy staying whenever possible, thank you!
